I probably went on the wrong day (BOGO night) but they just couldn’t handle the crowd, didn’t understand what the customer asked for and charged me for an extra side for no reason! I asked for a side because they did not add the sauce in the meal that I asked for. So I asked them to pack the sauce in a separate box. They don’t speak English and it was convenient for them as I couldn’t converse further! NEVER going back again!

I don’t recommend using the app to order take out. EVER! Before I placed my order, I even thought I should go in person and order but I was in a hurry. I knew better than to order online and didn’t listen to myself!

As suspected, the order was wrong! It’s always wrong. Every time I have used the app, it is wrong! And I swear there is a policy to rip you off by skimping on the meat. I ordered double meat (chicken and steak) burrito bowl. I didn’t even get a full portion of the single meat. There wasn’t ANY steak at all! So disappointing doesn’t even come close to describing my situation.

I asked for light white rice. I got what I can only describe as triple brown rice. I guess to make the bowl heavier so I wouldn’t suspect the missing meat. And I can’t stand the brown rice. In fact, I loathe it!

It’s probably best I had other places to be instead of going back and raising hell.

So yeah. If you are to choose this store, go there in person and WATCH them make it and ensure you are getting what you pay for. Otherwise, prepare to get ripped off if you order online for take out.

A complaint to corporate is already on its way.

This Chipotle is my go-to spot because it’s consistently spotless—far cleaner than the Morrisville location, which I’ll review separately. The staff here are always welcoming, the portions are generous, and the experience never disappoints. Most importantly, it’s reliably clean every time.

If I could give this less then a star I would. Service is horrible, they don’t listen. Bowl was remade twice before I took it, threw it in the trash and walked out.

Walked into this chipotle just now and every table was full. My first thought was “oh this is a busy time to go, this will take a while.” I got to the front of the line in less than 30 seconds and I wish I would have timed it because I swear we were through that line in less than 90 seconds! There were about 7 workers on the line and they were ON IT! Best experience I’ve had at a chipotle. Great job guys!

I went to order a veggie bowl and the young girl said “okay, what kind of rice?” and I saw the bowl with no veggies.
Whoops!

(When I order at other chipotles they add the veggies at the bottom first)

So it appeared that maybe the poor girl forgot so I repeated myself nicely…

Unfortunately she looked at me and asked me with an attitude “what else” again purposely disregarding what I said so instead of throwing a fit, I left.

I understand when you are young you see the world or people in a certain way …but It hurts the business and other people when she acts that way.

Even if I’m wrong about the salad bowl, it doesn’t hurt to say” no worries, we will add the veggies at the end or hey…you know what ….let me re emphasize your question or hey wait, what do you mean?

Next time I will ask for a manager or a Spanish speaker who will understand me better and serve me. I don’t want to be served food like I am a DOG again. I deserve to be treated the way I treat others, with respect. I could have been like someone else and said”oh no what are you doing I asked for this and that etc” .

It’s sad because this is the second time I have had issues in that chipotle. I never said anything until now. Something is going on here. Every other location is generally friendly. It’s unfair because she’s probably gonna shrug her shoulders and say “I don’t care or oh well it’s his fault or hey, the bowl is supposed to be like this what’s his problem” who knows…excuses excuses….

I’m extremely upset that many people act this way. Because if she does that to me, she’s gonna do it to other people.

Let’s say I’m the bad guy in this conversation , what if that food was for my grandma…or my son…

All that time wasted because someone takes out their problems on others… what a horrible experience. I’m gonna just start speaking up because it’s not good energy. Things have to change in the community. Horrible work culture. Wish we could all get along and work together like family, not against each other.

Will not be returning to this Chipotle location. They gave me a completely wrong order. I checked the receipt and I input my order correctly. To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund on the Chipotle website, I was given the run-around by the AI chatbot. Incredibly poor customer-experience for such a mega-company.

I love the bowls with extra rice and meat. This time the pork was a little watered down and the queso was clumpy. The server heard me and agreed. For $15, I need the food to be the quality the commercials state.

Service is usually OK, sort of a mix bag in terms of if you get someone warm and cheerful or somebody rushed and annoyed. Food is typically solid and it’s a nice atmosphere with great natural light!

I will not be back. Young Hispanic lady that made my burrito was very rude and I said something to the older lady that I enjoy bantering with about it and it felt like the young lady was rude intentionally. I wonder if it was racial. Chipotle is dying a slow death across the triangle.
