I recently ordered a bowl to go for lunch and had a question about my order while I was still in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a staff member who could effectively communicate with me in English to address my concern.
Clear communication between staff and customers is essential to providing a positive dining experience, particularly when it involves order accuracy, dietary questions, or food safety. I encourage the restaurant to ensure that there are always team members available who can communicate clearly with customers and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner.

Went to this location to try the new high protein bowl. The servers didnt know what my husband was talking about and luckily I had sent him a screenshot of the menu item so he could tell him what was on it. The funny thing, there were signs in the restaurant advertising the new high protein items...reading is indeed fundamental! We both ordered the chicken high protein bowl and they only put a few pieces of the Adobe chicken in both bowls. This is the closest one to us but I think we will start going to the new one on Highway 54.

The food was nice and hot, unlike other Chipotle outlets I've visited. Everything was tasty, but not as good as previous visits. In particular, my burrito was quite wet and was unravelling after the third bite. This is uncharacteristic of the previous visits to this location. Additionally, the tables were not well maintained and the trash cans were overflowing.
This is the closest chipotle to my job, so I'm here probably once a week. The food isn't bad, but it's unacceptable that at least half the staff speaks little to no English. I speak 3 languages and unfortunately my Spanish sucks, so communication is strained to say the best. It's annoyingly difficult to place an order half the time.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle. When I politely asked for a little more corn, one of the employees, an Indian guy working there, shouted at me and responded very rudely. He said, “I understand it’s your money, but don’t get extra.” I understand portion limits, but there was no reason to raise his voice or speak disrespectfully. Customer service at this location really needs improvement.

Purchased the limited time steak special in a bowl and Chimichurri sauce $1-extra. Would have been great if steak didn’t have a lot of fat/bristle. Could not digest, had to keep removing the unchewable and/or indigestible steak pieces.
