Once a year, we give in to the Chipotle temptation. This year we doubled down and ordered on DoorDash . And… it sucked. My daughter’s quesadilla put it over the top, as if they served up a cheese quesadilla with no cheese… next year when I think about it, somebody stop me.

This place is the McDonalds of Chipotle’s. Service and food have constantly gone downhill. The last 2 time's(and last) I’ve been here I ended up not finishing my food it was so bad. Dry, flavorless and overcooked meat or food that has been sitting for too long. The only upside is it stays open late.

There about 5 people in line. 15 seconds to answer question would not have been significant.Vegetarian options: Just leave meat out of bowl.Parking: Easy.Wheelchair accessibility: Small pathways a little challenging, but doable.

I feel old saying this, but I remember 10-12 years ago when Chipotle was a big deal, paving the way for fast-casual Tex-mex. The serving line was well-paced and you had plenty time to give your order as the server moved from left to right. Those days are gone, and everything now is “hurry, hurry, hurry”, which is exactly what I experienced at this location. The faces I was met with because I wasn’t sure if I wanted meat or not (which for me, depends on how it’s looking at that time…no one wants old, dried up anything) was crazy. They also just slop the spoon like the classic lunch lady, body language and all. These are young women in their early twenties btw. I won’t generalize and say that all the staff there are like this, but my last two encounters have been exactly the same, where I walked out feeling like I should’ve requested my money back , despite how the food tastes. That or, leave a review like this. Servers, please do better. People like me still tip, and it has more to do with how you treat us customers.

Super disappointed with our online order. Both meals were wrong. Then we were given two free meals to our account. Couldn’t order them at the same time and had to spend a minimum of $10 to get one free meal. Very frustrating!!! Won’t order from here again.

The food was tasty and fresh. The manager was fussing at the staff for taking the time to be congenial with customers. And the background noise from the open kitchen was so loud that we could have a conversation in the dining area. We won't eat there again. And I usually live Chipotle!

Ive easily eaten over 200 chipotle burritos and this was by far the worst burrito Ive ever seen made.My main issue is the quantity, they half scooped everything. I've probably received a burrito twice the size at other locations.This was during a peroid of time where there was no line, just a bunch of miserable looking employees to be frank.When I opened the burrito, there was a hole on the bottom. I think they did it out of spite when they received my feedback.Update: went to the southpoint chipotle and without asking for any extra scoops they made me an amazing bowl.Would highly recommend!

NEVER PLACE ONLINE ORDER FOR THIS STORE. This is the portion you would get from an online order. Not even get the bowl filled half way through. The portion of proteins I got were barely identifiable, like 3-5 cubes of the steak. Would never come back to this place again.

They were closing the store at 10:45 and would not service customers. Nasty attitudes. I should call corporate & let them know how these kids are prematurely closing their establishment which closes at 11:00 pm on Tuesday’s .

Horrible quality food. Ordered multiple times over the past few weeks and half the time there are issues with the food preparation. This time I ordered a burrito which ended up with a missing ingredient, uncooked fajita veggies, and the burrito wasn’t even rolled. They just folded it over itself so it spilled all over the place when I opened it. Save your money and go elsewhere.Edit: Contacted your customer service and they just gave me the runaround, then ended the chat after I called them out for not even getting the reason why I contacted right. Started saying I’m sorry you didn’t receive your order? Hire some decent support staff that does end chats on customers trying to communicate why your business is failing. Might as well just close this location based on the last 6 months of negative reviews.
