I got dinner here tonight and the customer service was terrible it’s loud in there because of the music. You can barely hear the server she skimped my bow like hell for $10. She seems to have gotten an attitude because I couldn’t hear her speak up act like you wanna be at work. I don’t live in North Carolina so it’s safe to say that I won’t visit here again, but I had to do a review

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. Not only was I not provided with any napkins or utensils with my takeout order, but the location was also out of 4–5 different menu items, including the honey chicken—which was the main item I came for. Since the honey chicken wasn’t available, I had to substitute with extra beef, which I was then charged an additional $7 for. Given the limited options and inconvenience, I believe that substitution should have been complimentary. This visit did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

Semi-frequent cross contamination with proteins, which is a big deal for vegetarians, but this is par for the course for Chipotle locations.
Main complaint is staff frequently seem disinterested or negligent in helping customers.
Chipotolane drive-thru is almost always slow and inefficient. Takes forever for them to even open the window and ask for a name, and the last time I was there when they finally did open they came back after 3 min to tell me that my food wasn’t ready and that I needed to turn around. It was close to 15 min after the order was said to be ready by.

Service is lacking. I was here for lunch today and watched the line grow and people wait while one woman worked the front(including cash register) while 2 girls just had a full on conversation loud enough for everyone to hear (Other staff were preparing food).Eventually one of them threw some gloves on and decided to help. The food was decent and I like the location. The trash can was completely overflowed with plenty staff available you do something about it. Nothing about this place is inviting or makes you want to return. The other comments seem pretty consistent with my experience.

It’s Saturday 5/10/25 around 3pm. Needless to say, my sister was craving chipotle but had to turn around and walk out because of poor customer service and sanitation concerns. One of the workers was checking the temperature of the hot items with no gloves and his hands a few inches from the food. The female who was supposed to take our order was giving attitude. She didn’t greet us then took a washcloth to wipe the counters and wiped food back into the containers. Disgusting. My prior experiences were better but it really unfortunately depends on who is working. They are usually out of something, including chips, or rushing you along.

No complaints other than the way the only white guy working talks to and yells toward everyone else on shift. Food & service are good, but the atmosphere makes dining in uncomfortable when he’s working.
Tonight’s veggie bowl at chipotle was disgusting. It was salty on every spoon I put in my mouth. No taste in anything and at 8:10pm they were out of most of the things.

This place is right by my home so I come here 2-3 times a week. Depending on one man’s presence the experience is completely different.
If the manager (taller white guy) is there it’s amazing very clean everyone working hard fast moving line. But tbh I hated the way he talked to the employees saying saying stuff like “show me why your a trainer” to workers while they fix ppls food. That’s not how you motivate ppl man. Maybe if you were nicer they’d care more when you aren’t there. Build ppl up not tear them down.
Now when this guy isn’t there it’s a complete shit show lol. Rap music blasting, dirty soundings, 100 empty buckets behind the line employees just standing around always something missing (chicken, rice corn). Customer service can be spot and go without him there too. The other day I was waiting to order and this women just looked at my with a stink face didn’t ask what I wanted to looked at me all tight. I get everyone has there day but damn lol.
It’s chipotle so the food and price is decent but there has to be some middle ground to be found where the manager is nicer to the employees and the employees give a you know what.

Had a really frustrating experience here. I asked for double meat, and the young Hispanic woman behind the counter gave me half a scoop and still marked it as double. When I pointed it out, she said “we out,” even though what she gave wasn’t even a full portion. She eventually went to the back, came out with more chicken, and literally threw it into the bowl with an attitude. Customer service was completely unacceptable. Won’t be back to this location.
