Worst chipotle i have ever visited the amount we are paying doesn’t match the food we get here one portion in nothing but one full spoon the lady working over there is not even serving half spoon for each portion worst experience and one of the bad service ever i dont understand does employees here get the food from ther own home or what ? We are asking what ever we are paying for

Had a promotional item for free double protein. So ordered half chicken half steak plus the promised promotion. Then added rice light brown beans veggies and corn with salsa and sour cream on the side. I had no chicken or double protein and no veggies Every time I order from this chipotle there is an issue. When you go inside they are out of everything half the time and place is a mess. Apparently need better management!! Things are already expensive enough but come on this is not a bit of 20$ worth!!

This Chipotle on Yunus Ln gives the brand a bad name. I’ve never been as disappointed with a Chipotle, so this is a first. Got Chipotlane and it was OBVIOUS that they were out of chicken cause the chicken didn’t even cover the bottom of my daughter’s kids meal tray, and my chicken burrito had no chicken but 2x rice. It’s sad that it’s my closest Chipotle as well. I won’t get Chipotlane again so I can assert the right quality as it’s made in front of me.

The pick up line was 24 minutes for an order that I placed online, and after these 24 minutes I waited more at the window because my order wasn’t ready, horrible! I lost all my lunch time in a lane.

We love Chipotle, but this location is by far the worst when it comes to fulfilling correct orders. We have had several orders where either an entire order was missing or several ingredients were missing. The staff could care less of their negligence
