I want to call out someone specifically and that's the cashier. The name on the receipt was Britney but just in case that's incorrect she was a young Asian girl. When I asked for the bathroom code the whole staffed looked at her and she got it to me. She was the only one who really greeted me and was polite and told me to have a great day. As I was eating everyone else was kind of standing around and she was looking for things that she could do. If she's not the manager she should be. Place was clean. I'd say chipotle as a whole is mostly a 3 star establishment and this one is about the same as the rest. But that cashier gave a 5 star customer experience and clearly cared about working hard.
Showed up only one rice cheese and other things reserved for “online only”

they just opened like a month ago and they’re already rationing the meat like it’s the 1930s. insane behavior.
the lady serving couldn’t wait to ring me up even though we’re not even at picking the vegetables/salsa. i was also the only person in line, idk why you hurrying me like that. forgoing that aspect tho because she might’ve had a long week.
tried the chicken al pastor. mid at best, way too sweet. chipotle’s corporate taste testers must be diabetic.
atmosphere is sterile and plain. since it is a new location, the furniture is still very clean, but let’s see how fast this lasts.
this unpleasant chipotle experience is now more of a symptom of chipotle’s business model as a whole than just a location-by-location phenomenon. their latest earnings call shows the CEO does not care about lowering prices or increasing portions. yet people - including myself - still spend our money here. i guess this is exemplary of societal complacency.

I am so sick and tired of these freaking chips being stale it don't make no sense!!! Very disappointed...ya'll just opened. DO BETTER!!! And I need my points! I've been scanning for the past 3 visits and my points haven't increased. I need to speak with a manager.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever had. Food was oily (I had a bowl) and unappetizing. Couldn’t finish it.

Staff was rude and unpleasant. Never once have I been to a chipotle and they’ve been out of both white and brown rice

I had a great dine-in experience at this location! Stopped by for a quick dinner and all of the employees were incredibly kind and had a positive vibe. I will definitely stop by again.

Worst Chipotle in Durham; tiny portions and badly cooked ingredients.

Great food! Only complaint is skimping out on the meat which does seem pretty normal for chipotle!

Ridiculous portion sizes for the price you pay. You’re always skimped if you order delivery. There is no reason we should be able to see the bottom of the bowl when we pay 14+ dollar for one bowl. Not only that, but if we order a *steak* bowl, half of the meat shouldn’t be dried up chicken that most likely fell into the meat pan and no one bothered to fish it out. This was a reminder as to why I stopped spending money at Chipotle.
