The remodel is nice, and you don't get any tickets when you play the games and the toys points, and prices are too high for $2.00 toys

DO NOT EAT HERE! Food was cold, old, dry, and overpriced. I paid $50 for old inedible food. I usually just accept that the quality was bad and don't go back. However, this was so bad I'm actually requesting a refund. We ended up having to order from Dominos after already spending $50 on a small pizza and8 wings. We ordered here because the food used to be good. Never again!!!

Hosted a birthday party during Halloween time. CEC has made great improvements to games and adding the trampoline for smaller kids. I personally prefer the animatronics vs the projector screen for nostalgic reasons. I also think the animatronics is what makes CEC unique but I can understand their reasons for removing and adding more space for parties. The food is great, in comparison to other kid party venues. The birthday packages are also reasonable in comparison to others. My only hesitation to book with them again, goes to the service. I feel like playing a game of Russian roulette with their service. I have attended prior birthday parties that the host is more helpful and provides great service. However, with my recent birthday party booking, it was not the same. There was minimal guidance from the host and it felt like pulling teeth from the host, every time a request was made for things like, plates, cups, and kids wrist bands. Almost like if I was inconveniencing the host. However, I realize that not every employee is the same and I think it might be a better experience for someone else.

Worst Chuck E. Cheese ever! Don’t waist ya time! The food comes out burnt, the drink area is flooded n nasty n everything sticky! They have no employee ever to open the jump area. When they do open it! They let a lot of kids in where it’s over packed. Even if they are playing ruff and hurt your kids they still let them stay inside and ruff play around toddlers. The games my son came to play wasn’t working, the roller ball game doesn’t work, the water squirt game doesn’t work, the picture thing doesn’t work , and a few more were out of order. Also u can only pause the card once so why ur kid is jumping u can not pause ur time. The GM was rude and unprofessional. Then the prizes my kids wanted they were out of and only have a few choices. U better off going to Frankie’s or adventure landing or angel island.

The stage has been removed. If you want to see the band head over to the Charlotte NC location on Pineville Matthews Rd
Great for the kids.

Another great Chuck E Cheese location!!!This place features several cool games;but the best feature is the amazing animatronics! This is one of the last Chuck E's you'll find animatronics, they won't be around for much longer, so you should visit soon. The dance floor from the other Chuck E locations will take place of the animatronics. The pizza tastes great at this Durham, North Carolina Chuck E's, in fact, it's a little better than it is at others. I'm hoping they can obtain a license to sell alcohol shortly. I would have cherished a refreshing beer to go with my wonderful Chuck e pizza! One thing..I called in my pizza order. When I got there, it wasn't ready. The employee was very apologetic
