The chicken was cold and some was old....plus they want to close unreported earlier on Sundays so they figure it's ok to not have a full menu available to order. The worst experience since I started eating as a northerner these franchises. I will be alerting the district manager since it was the manager I was dealing with. I guess her old but wants to eat old 🐔 I want to add after time has passed that this place isnt no longer even owned by Americans. Nor will they care to answer any complaints, even a good review. My ppl you being bamboozled and lead a stray on your love for good fried chicken. I for one won't be supporting this establishment no longer.
The staff is top notch. Joe and the other staff members provide great customer service. The cooks and food are a zillion times better than before. They are really remarkable and kind people. They'll do everything possible to accommodate you with your order. I highly recommend this location. They really do try their best. Bravo Church's 👏👏👏
Had a taste for fried crispy chicken and drove 20 minutes to this spot. 😋 Everything was good. They had a $30 family special that came with 16 pieces dark along with three sides and biscuits. Ordered extra honey biscuits too. Awesome deal! Great customer service and food came out hot and fresh. Will return

It's definitely not how it used to be- full of flavor and soul... The prices went up and the you have to ask for hot sauce and condiments or else they don't come in the bag.
