Made the mistake and gave this place a chance again after 2 yrs of driving past it because of the last terrible experience. I figured, hey they updated the outside maybe the service is better. NOPE!’ Parking lot still trash, the drive through attendant didn’t ask for my order just told me to pull up. No fries, no pies. My only side option according to this young lady was mashed potatoes. They did however have burnt fried chicken. I had to laugh when I pulled it out the bag. The chicken and mashed potatoes went straight into the garbage, matter a fact this location is GARBAGE.

Every time I come here it’s always something lately No chicken, or only chicken / white meat no sides, or it might be burnt or cold. I come and order the same thing most of the time and it’s never the same the price or might get less food in an order than before.

It was a little disappointing being we traveled to get to this location,we've been here before but it's been awhile. Now it's under new people an it shows. Not so good.
I didn’t get the ladies name but I was visiting NC from MD and she gave the best customer service I experienced during my visit! Very hard working lady that ran the drive through on 10/9/2024, and brought people’s food out to their cars. I had to give her a tip because that store was so busy and people were waiting but she was still so pleasant and patient!
I love the chicken. The very senior employees really did their best, but no one is setting any land speed records. And I can't believe that the owner won't get the AC fixed. It's been smothering hot in there for at least three or four years. That's probably why there aren't any young employees. They won't work in that heat.
