The chicken was hot, crispy and well cooked. Be sure to check your order because someone is putting chicken breasts in the all dark orders instead of thighs. đ§ Also beware the staff member who wears gloves to fix the food but takes a huge lick đ of her fingers when opening the plastic bag to put your boxes in. Aht, aht - stop that, Lady!

I ordered in the drive thru, but was told to park because the chicken was cooking. After waiting for 15 or more minutes, a young lady came out to tell me that there was a mis-communication and they just started cooking the chicken so it will be another 15 minutes. I chose to get a refund instead and after going inside to get my money, I am glad that I did. The cooking area looks filthy and the manager was rude. If the owner is reading this, invest in remodeling and providing customer service training to your employees.

I rarely ever leave bad reviews, but this one warrants it. When I walked in, the gentleman in front of me had to change his order 4 times because everything he wanted they were out of. Not a good feeling right off the bat. I ordered a 4 piece regular chicken, this was my first time trying Churchâs. The chicken was shriveled and it tasted like older frying oil.The chicken leg is smaller than a frog leg. So sad my wife took a bite and ft so disappointed. The chicken legs were smaller than frog legs It really did not impress. I will say the girl that rang me up was very nice. Overall, it seemed disorganized and with the taste not being that great, probably wonât come here again.

This is the worst place ever. I specifically come there for the jalapeño bombers. Theyâre always out of jalapeño bombers. I decided to order through the App today when I go to retrieve my food, they tell me they are out of fries and jalapeño bombers. The lady that was upfront was no help at all. She told me I had to request a Refund through the app, but could not tell me how to request a refund. She gave me attitude when I said, canât you just do a refund because if you canât show me how to do something and I canât do it because I never done it before I should be able to get help from you. I just donât understand. I think theyâre under new management, but it seemed like the establishment has gotten worse than what it was. Itâs ridiculous. I stay right down the street so I come often and itâs just always something. Iâm either waiting in 15 to 20 minutes for my food to get done or they out of something.I just donât understand how a business can be ran like that.

There were ONLY 2 young men working when I stopped to get lunch on 9/3/25. They were both holding in down; yeah there were a few orders mixed up, but they were quickly corrected! The young men worked well together; 1 cooking and fixing orders and the other one running the cash register and fixing orders. They BOTH need a SHOUT OUT!

Made the mistake and gave this place a chance again after 2 yrs of driving past it because of the last terrible experience. I figured, hey they updated the outside maybe the service is better. NOPE!â Parking lot still trash, the drive through attendant didnât ask for my order just told me to pull up. No fries, no pies. My only side option according to this young lady was mashed potatoes. They did however have burnt fried chicken. I had to laugh when I pulled it out the bag. The chicken and mashed potatoes went straight into the garbage, matter a fact this location is GARBAGE.
