Such a cute cafe with tons of plants inside and outdoor seating available.
Got a large iced vanilla latte. Great latte , good quality oatmilk, in-house syrups, good ratios.
Atmosphere is such a vibe it’s very cute & aesthetic in here. NOT a lot of room inside for seating but there’s outside seating.
Customer service 2/5. Not very friendly.
Fresh pastries were delicious. Lots of drink options, including a full selection of teas. Adorable little café with lots of plants
How had I never heard of this place?!
Worst customer service. We ordered multiple coffee drinks and at the end when our toddler asked for a small 2 oz cup of milk, the server refused to give and insisted on charging additional for the milk. All the while every time a latte was done so much milk simply got poured into the drain. The lack of warmness is unbelievable given it is a coffee shop.
All around fabulous. Nice staff, good coffee, cute venue.
Great vibes 👌 great drinks
When I'm in the triangle, I love to stop at Cloche for an oat milk cortado and oat cookie. They have such a great vibe, the staff are so friendly, and my espresso is always phenomenal.
Cloche was my favorite coffee spot when I lived in Durham in 2019/2020, and they really looked out of the community during covid <3 - I bought a variegated pothos from them in 2020 that is still growing and heathy as ever!

It was a very nice place only problem is that was a bit crowded it felt like there was no place to stand because the line formed behind people who were doing work. I feel like a bit of redesign would over improve everything
Parking: Finding the place was difficult and we had to park at a gas station.

Didn’t bother entertaining any kind of conversation or replying when I said goodbye, rather odd to not feel welcomed there. The coffee was average but I have high standards.
Nestled in Durham, NC, Cloche Coffee brings a refreshing West Coast vibe to the Bull City. This charming café has quickly become a local favorite, offering a perfect blend of great coffee, delectable treats, and a welcoming atmosphere.
As soon as you approach Cloche, you'll notice the inviting outdoor seating area. It's an ideal spot to soak up some sun, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the world go by. Even better, your furry friends are welcome to join you, thanks to their dog-friendly policy.
Step inside, and you'll find yourself in a cute, cozy space that somehow manages to transport you to a laid-back California coffee shop. The interior is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that's perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or checking out the houseplants.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the coffee. Cloche doesn't disappoint, offering a range of expertly crafted beverages. Their decaf Americano is a standout, proving that you don't need caffeine to enjoy a rich, flavorful cup of joe. For those looking for something a little different, the honey cappuccino is a must-try. The subtle sweetness of the honey complements the espresso perfectly, creating a harmonious blend that'll have you coming back for more.
To accompany your coffee, Cloche offers a selection of freshly baked goods. The chocolate almond scone is a particular highlight – buttery, crumbly, and studded with rich chocolate and crunchy almonds. It's the perfect partner to your morning coffee or afternoon pick-me-up.

What a lovely cafe tucked away on Broad Street. I got a ham and Swiss panini and an iced latte. The latte was bitter at first, but much better as the ice started melting. The food is really good! So is the coffee and atmosphere. They had some lofi music in the background. One of the coffee machines is quite loud, but otherwise I have no complaints. Would definitely come back in the future if possible!

Was in Durham for a work meeting and found this cute little coffee shop. The iced latte and the ham croissant were great! The shop is super cozy and cool.
