Their burgers have shrunk by at least 50%. Their shakes are still great, but dang, the tiny burgers are buried in the bun. I'd rather pay more and get the bigger burgers back. They used to be so good. Now you'd get more at White Castle. Where's the beef?

They get my order wrong a lot (probably due to the obviously rapid employee turnover rate) and the portions are smaller than once upon a time BUT the grub still hits the fast food spot and the milkshakes can't be beat for that price!
Parking: The area is not a friendly one. I don't recommend rolling your window down for anyone.

I asked for cheddar cheese. They responded "Yes" we have it. What I got was a cheese sauce of some some type, which was NOT cheddar and more american in flavor. Not good at all and very runny. This was a road favorite requested by my guest while on the road.

Usually this location has been super on point but several times I've ordered food and they get my order wrong. I think they need to fix the mic/speaker system because it doesn't seem like the order taker can hear.
Visited Durham NC and figured I check this spot out… customer service wasn’t bad at all.. but they wasn’t much helpful rushing my order when I told them it’s was my first time seeing the menu. The chicken quesadilla was the worst I had. Barely any meat and it was shredded like tuna.. very flimsy like a soft taco bell wrap. The soda was flat. And tbh.. I won’t be back. But the burger was exceptional.

Visiting from out of town, I stopped to grab a quick order of fries and two cheese quesadillas with extra sauce.
This is the WORST cookout meal I’ve EVER had.. there is barely any cheese inside my quesadilla and literally had to peel the WHOLE side of the tortilla off due to it being burnt. No extra sauce, heck, barely any sauce either. Second one was the exact same.
Tried a bite but ended up in the trash. It was like eating a plain cooked tortilla.
I do NOT recommend.

You should never feel rushed in a drive thru. I understand your on a timer and you have to keep customers moving. However to get the orders correct you should not rush and listen
Fast great homestyle food. A great spot to in & out fast even with a line! And still great food with a smile too.
Parking: Parking is found but it can be packed too!
Kid-friendliness: Great menu for kids. A wide variety of selection & plenty of desert options too.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a walk up window,& 2 drive threws with 1 on each side of your car. You can wheelchair up to the window if you decided.
Cookout is an awesome spot to grab a quick and easy snack or a full meal. I myself tend to get the butterfinger milkshake which is a delicious refreshment when you’re a bit tired. I also love the Cajun fries a nice addition of flavor to the regular fries. And for a meal a burger can’t go wrong here. Overall a great spot, not the best place for a restaurant but super fast service.
