The cashier at the window appeared to intentionally provide incorrect change, retaining my initial payment. Upon my assertion that I had provided the exact amount, she retrieved my funds from the register's side and returned them to me.
It was a black lady taking orders last night was very rude and nasty wiping her hands on her nose then touching food. Thats disgusting then had the nerve to get loud over the speaker lol ignorance at its finest tryna rush somebody to order you needa rush that treadmill breathing like that on them people headset

I had a very bad experience at this Cook Out. The lady at the drive-thru window was extremely rude — she slammed the window shut on me while I was just trying to get my order. On top of that, they got my order wrong even though I confirmed it twice, and then charged me extra for their mistake. Very unprofessional service and definitely not coming back.

This Cookout probably is the BEST cookout in Durham. There staff is patient,kind,and QUICK which is the important part. There food has been fresh and milkshakes are the BEST!!
We drove up to the window and made our order. The food was nice and hot and it tasted so good. I usually never put chili on my fries but I did and I enjoyed my fries. W will be back soon.

the service here is always great, however the food is not. my fries are literally never seasoned when i ask & the chicken doesn’t taste like it used to.. the nuggets are soggy and have a strange flavor while the tenders are chewy and tasteless which is so sad because they used to be my favorite 😢

They better be glad i had a migraine and trying to get home. Came just for season fries and tea to take meds. Only to get up road and fries soggy and greasy and no seasoning just ridiculous. Surrounding needs cleaning as well.
I didn’t even need food I just needed napkins multiple people looked at me like I was crazy
