Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for the food is because the lid on my drink did not fit the cup correctly and caused me to spell the majority of my beverage which just so happened to be their Southern Style Sweet Tea.

They are extremely busy. Long wait times. Cars be on both sides so far out with customers. Sometimes it's worth the wait n other times it's extremely frustrating. Speaker on on side is basically broken needs to be fixed. Been that way for 6 yrsParking: There is limited close space too park but most go a lil further if those are taken up.
Food is decent, they could clean the outside up a bit and the window people can be snippy. But it is what it is.

Had a disappointing experience at this location: part of our order was incorrect, we received no straws or napkins, and my wife's milkshake was bad enough that she ended up throwing it out. The current sanitation rating is also quite low, as of this writing. There are way better Cook Out locations in the Triangle.
