I had an uncomfortable experience at the drive-thru at this Cook Out. I was on the driver’s side and was told I’d need to reach or get out. The cashier did not even attempt to reach herself.
When my credit card was returned, it was thrown and missed the window, falling outside. When I asked for help retrieving it, the cashier refused and began arguing with me, and I had to get out of the car to get it myself.
This is not good customer service!

I was in town visiting late Friday night. It was the 6 of us in the van. Three of them never had cookout. The young lady in the drive through was very patient and answered all the questions that was asked as well as gave some good suggestions. They got all orders correct. The line was long on both sides. The staff was getting everyone taken care of in a very timely manner. I would go back if I lived there.

Swung by on my way through Durham heading back to Raleigh. 120AM so decided to stop as the other Cookouts would be close to 2AM. Tray was great. Tea perfect. Yall should train your Raleigh crew on food quality. Be back when around.

A very solid cookout. I ordered a BLT, chicken quesadilla, and cheese bites. I got a lot of cheese bites, more than normal so I am very happy 🧀 and the quesadillas were correct (sometimes they're just random) For the price, I'm okay with any food they want to put in there
The service could be better; the window was being closed on me as I asked for sauce but it's okay because I bet it gets hard to work there. The pay isn't very good and its hard to be happy when you cant pay the bills. So 8/10 cookout good job

I live in NY and unless I’m traveling south I do not get an opportunity to eat at Cookout. It’s fabulous from the burgers to shakes(40+ flavors) The staff is really good always pleasant. When in Raleigh, I eat at this particular Cookout. Love it
