I've never eaten at a Cook Out before. Only the drive thru was open. I found the menu confusing. Under the pressure of card behind me I just ordered a burger with everything + jalapeños. I asked if I could add chicken tenders. I couldn't understand the person on the speaker. Another person stepped in and read out what I ordered. Not quite right but I didn't want to quibble.
When I got back to the hotel, I was very impressed by the burger and the strips. I was surprised there was no dip for the strips. It's that a Canadian thing?
There were also no napkins in the bag. Not sure if you needed to ask for them or not.

I am writing to share a recent experience at one of your franchise locations that fell significantly below the standards of any brand. This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately it has left a VERY poor impression. During my visit, the drive-thru cashier rushed through my order and spoke in a manner that came across as rude and dismissive. When I arrived at the window, I paid for my food but was given someone else’s order (#1301). Thankfully, I checked the items before leaving, which required me to park and go inside to request the correct meal.
Once I finally received my order, the issues continued. The food quality was poor, the condiments I requested were missing, and the soda machine was not calibrated properly. This experience highlights several areas in need of improvement, including customer service training, management oversight, kitchen accuracy, and equipment maintenance.
Given this experience, I will not be returning to this location and possibly any location of yours. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve operations for future customers.
Do not respond asking that I return but instead please train your staff and management.

Make sure you check your food before driving off. They get my order wrong 90% of the time. I am a vegetarian so don’t order meat and somehow my food always ends up with meat in it!!!

And I was super polite and I thought I was good experience with the cashiers, but they were really rude. When they handed me my food. She looked at me really weird and I don’t know she was so aggressive. She was rude. You were a polite and I was like I don’t know it’s not my best experience here for me personally I really like the male crew. They’re much more polite and nice rather than the women don’t work at this place

One of the few fast food establishments around we can rely on for consistently fast and good service.
It’s the second time we placed a order and got half the food and once came back home find out our order wasn’t even there fully half of the stuff was missing never going to this location again as it’s the second time

I just got back to my hotel with my order, and I am so disappointed. First of all, the person working the drive-through had absolutely no customer service skills at all, and she talked way too fast while taking my order. I ordered a mint oreo shake, and I ended up with only oreo, which is honestly just a vanilla shake, so that was a waste of $4. I also ordered a corn dog, which says directly on the menu that it comes with ketchup and mustard, but of course, I wasn't given any.
