She looked at me really weird and I don’t know she was so aggressive. She was rude. You were a polite and I was like I don’t know it’s not my best experience here for me personally I really like the male crew. They’re much more polite and nice rather than the women don’t work at this place

I just got back to my hotel with my order, and I am so disappointed. First of all, the person working the drive-through had absolutely no customer service skills at all, and she talked way too fast while taking my order. I ordered a mint oreo shake, and I ended up with only oreo, which is honestly just a vanilla shake, so that was a waste of $4. I also ordered a corn dog, which says directly on the menu that it comes with ketchup and mustard, but of course, I wasn't given any.
Food was good, but Customer service was terrible. I went through the drive through on January 4, 2025 at 5:57 pm the women taking my order was terrible she kept cutting me off and was angry for some reason. I don't think they should have her on the drive through or on the cash register. I usually don't have a problem at this location but she made going to this location unpleasant.
