I called to ask if they would accept my cookie coupon from the basketball game. A nice person on the phone assured me the coupon would work and they would be glad to help us. After driving 20 minutes we went into the store to be ignored for some time before being told they “don’t accept these coupons” because they are part of a different franchise. No one could explain why I was told something different on the phone.
