Food was not up to their usual standard. I think they had staffing problems due to employee absence as ICE agents were in Durham that evening

The service here is great, but the food is a skip. Below the quality I would have expected for the price point, it felt like they are just reheating premade frozen foods.

Delicious food! Great service. Highlight was the spicy vodka pasta! Salads were fresh. Steak and fish were savory.

Our server was great. The pastas were delicious and portion was good. Everything was great. Can't wait to return

Absolutely loved it. The bruschetta and tomato appetizer is top notch. All 3 of us loved our pats dishes.

The noise is way too high. Why not hanging soundproof panels or cloth from your rods already mounted on the walls. Check Rue Clare for their partial solutions to noise reduction. Thanks

We all had such a fun time and couldn't stop talking about how good the food and service were. You totally spoiled us!

My wife and I and a friend who drives from Lexington have dinner at Cucciolo every three months or so. The menu is always about the same: salad, three orders of Carbonara, and a shared dessert. The Carbonara is just terrific.

We've had nice meals here in the past, and I've never written a bad review of any restaurant before - but last night's dinner was awful. Bad fish, salty pasta and a pasta that was spicy when it wasn't supposed to be. And, even though we ate very little, and let the server know the food was bad, she made no attempt to address the problem. With so many great restaurants nearby, there's no need for us to come back.

Fun spot for a birthday dinner - drinks, apps, entrees and desserts were all great. Service was excellent!

Food is good but staff leaves you feeling you are bothering them. From reservations to ordering to moving through the restaurant- feels as though they are doing you the favor of being there. Too bad.

Surprised at the price of the red wine. This isn't NY or LA! The pasta dishes were tasty. A little disappointed with the arancini. Asked for a cappuccino but they don't make it. Overall OK.

Ambience and service were very good. Each of the four entrees ordered at our table were exceptionally salty. We explained this to our server when he asked if everything was ok. His response: “Yeah, we've heard that a lot lately”. So maybe you should do something about it???

A very welcoming restaurant. Everything was good, but I found the following distressing. A long wait for food, even 2 pieces of tiramisu and 1 scoop of ice cream took over 15mn. The eggplant parm was highly disappointing: eggplant was really underdone and the cheese was barely melted. Wasn't good at all. The halibut was overcooked, but tasty nonetheless. Overall a very nice restaurant.

Great food and great service! It was quiet. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star for ambience is because it is small and the tables are close together. Parking isn't ideal. You have to pay to park in the lot out front and they do not offer vouchers. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant and we do plan to go back.
