Mozz sticks came out burnt. Burger with LTO and fries with one beer for $39. Cool place, but crazy pricing for those items. Only downfall of the establishment.

Love the atmosphere of the place. We ordered an appetizer, two sodas, and two burgers, one with fries, and it came out to over $50. Good food, just too expensive.
Staff was very nice and I liked the atmosphere.

Love grabbing a beer here when I’m on 9th
What a great place to enjoy a lunch. Shep and Jen did a great job with service. Our was great tasting also. I recommend the defibrillator!!!! I was in town for a medical treatment. I would say it was worth the treatment to go have a meal at Dains, but that may be too extreme. Just stop in, it is worth it!!!!
Wow, I will now only go when Bailey or Shep are working. The service tonight was horrendous - if you were me. Rude. Returned my drink and menu and walked out.

The food was pretty good. There was an awful lot of seasoning on the burgers but they still tasted decent.

Irreverent menu and decor. Loved the atmosphere. Fun place to visit, grab a drink and eats. The eclectic decor is fun to see. They even had a Purdue Street sign. Boiler up!

Ordered a Cheesesteak with fries and a Dain burger with fries. Fries were good, just over salted. The burger was huge and very good, but the Cheesesteak for some reason was very salty.
We went with our EAGLES shirts on as this place was supposed to be fans. NOPE, not even a 'GO BIRDS' from any of the staff.

This was a really cool bar & grill. The vibe was nice and artsy. Unfortunately the food was not great. We ordered the mozzarella triangles and they tasted like they were fried in old oil. I couldn’t eat them. Hubby got the Reuben and it was so so. He gave it a 3.5. I had the burger and it was ok. It was cooked in a flat top and some people like that sorta thing. I prefer the grilled with a smoke flavor. It was a little bland for my taste. We didn’t have anything from the bar but it looks like they have a good selection of beer if you like beer.

Nestled into a row of retail near Duke East Campus Dain’s is a local favorite. Meeting a friend for a beer I decided to order the pierogies and they were great. I came back another time and got a burger people keep talking about. That I was good too so, for a hole-in-the-wall its solid.
