It was my first time going to Del Taco last week. The person in the window, Cameron, was extremely pleasant and really made my first experience awesome. He gave really good suggestions, was patient with my friend and I, and just was a 10/10 person. We keep saying we need to go back because of Cameron's kind demeanor. Please give him a raise or something because he truly cares about the customer experience.

I will be driving here as often as I possibly can. I recently moved here from Colorado and I really miss Del Taco out there. So I was ECSTATIC to find this Del Taco. It did not disappoint. The ingredients are so fresh and the location is perfect. Easy on and off the highway. I had to order some to take home!

I would love to give this fast food place a better review. The food was good, after all. I would recommend this place for TAKE OUT ONLY. My first complaint is related to their ordering kiosk. I don't mind navigating an unfamiliar touch screen kiosk if it works, but the Del Taco touchscreen kiosk would not work with the Del Taco app coupons, se we had to wait for one of the workers to begrudgingly check us on a cash register. They got the order wrong, which was annoying. The absolute worst part of the experience was trying to dine in while the restaurant (or the employees) played R&B music at enough decibels to drown out jet airplane taking off. Young people will have damaged hearing after dining at Del Taco. For my partner, loud repetitive noise causes her physical pain, while I find being forced to listen to music I despise at a very high volume ruins a meal. Requests to lower the volume was met with promises to do so ASAP, promises that were never acted upon.
I doubt I'll ever eat there again, if I go to the trouble in the future it will be take out. I suspect that is the goal of the Del Taco employees - drive out those pesky customers so they can listen to music all day.

Drive thru cashier girl was incredibly rude. Cold and terse. Nearly tossed the food at me. Unpleasant experience. Taco and burrito were alright but nothing stellar.
Top notch HOT Food & KIND Service. They are working hard & it shows!! Thank you, for being the BEST Del Taco I have ever eaten at. You beat the California locations, which is where I'm from, by a long shot!! So Clean too! Welcome to Durham, can't wait to get one in Raleigh.🎉

I come from the west coast and really the only thing I miss is the food. Del Taco originated in Barstow CA and I was so happy to see them coming to North Carolina. Maybe next we’ll get an In-N-Out. Ya’ll don’t know what you’re missing.

I am in this restaurant at least 2-3 times a week. The owner always says hi, since I have accumulated over 6000 loyalty points. Tonight the app was down so I had to go inside to order. The guy at the register made numerous mistakes taking my order and there were no customers in the place. I asked for a Strawberry shake with my $40.00 order and after the girl finally got off her cell phone and brought me my order, the shake was missing. I said something to her and she said he didn't add it to my order. I really didn't want to wait or waste more time so I just walked out very disappointed. If this continues to happen, I will no longer give them my buisness. As a repeat customer I expect more, if im loyal, then they should at least listen to what I order. If they don't want my buisness, no problem my money spend anywhere.

Consistently the most polite and kind staff of any drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. They are energetic which is even more impressive considering I’m always coming in the middle of the night after a late shift. The food is always very fresh and fairly priced for the large portions. Keep it up!
