I’ve never written a review before but this experience was so bad that I had to.
First of all, my delivery for exactly 1 pasta dish was over 40 minutes late (past the estimated delivery time; it was supposed to come by 8:10 but arrived at 8:55). They said to be at the pickup location on time so that the driver wouldn’t experience delays, so I waited over 30 minutes outside in the freezing cold and eventually headed back in to wait the remaining 10 before I got the notif from the driver.
Second, I ordered the aglio e olio and what I got was flavorless noodles soaked in oil to the point where half a cup of oil had leaked out within the plastic takeout bag (with even more oil remaining within the container). I’ve had aglio e olio multiple times so I know what it’s supposed to be, but this had no red pepper flakes!!!! or flavor whatsoever. I had to add copious amounts of salt just so that I could taste something stronger than a hint of garlic.
I made a mistake paying over 30 dollars for this. Never ordering from here again
