Placed an order for pickup. The young lady I spoke week was the definition of excellent customer service, which is so hard to find lately. This was always my first full order (I have had the mac-n-cheese before). I got the whole rack of ribs with the Moonshine sauce, mashed potatoes & baked beans. This was the BEST meal! The ribs were literally falling off the bone, I probably went through a half of a roll of paper towels. I expected to get two meals out of it and did with the sides, but I STILL had enough ribs left over for a third meal! And each meal was just as good, if not better, than the first. I HIGHLY recommend the Dogwood Grill to anyone that wants an incredible meal, with incredible customer service and with truly reasonable prices! We will definitely be ordering from here again and can't wait to order what we are able too. There are items that we'd love to try, that we won't be able to, as the do have shellfish that the cook in the same place/oil. But knowing that, makes it safe for me & my daughter to know what we can eat from there.

Best ribs, EVER8 oz burgers cooked to order + many more delicious items.
Pretty disappointed. I called several times to place an order and was either sent directly to voicemail or they let it ring through. I would happily change my rating if someone were to answer the phone and take our order. Wish I had the opportunity to rate the food as well. I'm sure it's good. :(

I think this could easily be a 5 star cute dinner place. To be fair, we came on a like a random Thursday and they were busy. Poppin for a Thursday at like 5 in my opinion and it looked like only 2 servers were there and as a previous wait staff, I get it. We were seated immediately and it probably took about ten minutes, maybe more, for someone to come by. By that time we were ready to order food and because we said we were ready to order we missed out on hearing about the specials . Fried green tomatoes are my fave so I'll definitely be going back to check it out. My dad and I each had shrimp po boys and my mom had nachos. All were very good. I think I'll definitely be going back and checking it out because I think the service issue was more related to how busy they were and not that the service was bad. Def worth checking out!

We love to go to the Dogwood. They have a nice bar, and wonderful tables and excellent waitresses. Went last night and the food was sooo delicious and the waitress was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Only thing I would like to see there is a dart board!

service was very slow. after the order was in, it was quick. but took 20+ mins to get drink order, then another for food order. neighbors love this place, maybe it was an off night... we won't be back.
Had a great burger, fries, and pint here. The burger was cooked perfectly to the temp I requested, the toppings were fresh and crisp, and the bun was out of this world--maybe a brioche bun? The fries were also terrific. Portions are generous and the entire meal was a bargain. The staff are friendly and experienced. At their recommendation we started the meal with a special app, the beef empanada which was outstanding. No overfried dough shell here: a light crispy shell surrounding well-spiced beef with a fantastic fresh tomato and onion salsa on the side. I suspect their specials are always a good choice, though I was craving a burger. Great meal and am excited to have such a good low key restaurant in my neighborhood.
