I presented multiple issues about my wings and my order as it was placed incorrectly and instead of coming to a resolution, he decided to be combative, aggressive, and hostile. I really don’t appreciate the energy that was served from this “supposed” to be fine establishment. Never was given energy that way from a supposed “manager.”

Order a pizza at 7:05pm here it is 8:44 pm and no pizza..no one answered the phone .and the Indian dude on the call center had a attitude..I refuse to talk to a person I can't understand when I'm ordering my food.....I always tip half my bill.. but I wouldn't order from the one in Durham on main Street...

The pizza literally smelled and tasted like they got it out of the dumpster. I gave it to my neighbor who also said it the same. After being on hold for a manager I told him I wanted a refund for the pizza and they might want to check what’s going on with their food- he responded “there’s nothing wrong with our food”, “have a good day”, and hung up on me. Wow. Worst response ever. Do not order here, because they clearly do not care about their customers and you have no idea what’s in that pizza.

How do you give less than a star. I placed an online order for carside pick up and the store refused to bring my order out because it was raining. I spoke with Alex who identified herself as the manager. She was rude and incompetent. I will never order from this location again. I would have gone in and picked up the order but as I explained to the “manager” I am disabled and couldn’t come inside. As I was speaking she hangs up on me. Horrible service. And worse management

DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY HAD A LEAK IN THEIR ROOF THAT LEAKED INTO THEIR OVEN.
When I got home with my food and started eating the pizza and bread bites. I realized both items were not cooked all the way through. Even though from the outside both items looked done. I called the store and a guy answered. I explained my food was still a little raw and he got the “manager” for me.
I reexplained the raw food and even said it wasn’t a big deal. I’d already put it in the oven to continue cooking but since the food looked more than fully cooked from the outside maybe they should know something was wrong with their oven. The “manager” stated “We had a leak in our roof that somehow leaked into the oven and I am pretty sure a fuse is out. We can credit you for a large 3 topping pizza for next time you come”. I agreed and we hung up.
I sat down to eat the pasta I ordered while the pizza cooked and there were huge raw fatty pieces of cold bacon in my pasta. I called the store back and the “manager” answered. I told her I didn’t want a free pizza in the future I just wanted a refund as ALL of my items were uncooked in someway. She put me on hold and another woman answered. She claimed that the last girl was a new trainee and lied about the oven because I frustrated her and she didn’t know what else to say. I called BS and we did get a little heated. I just wanted a refund. I didn’t want a free 3 topping undercooked pizza the next time I order from them. There wont be a next time. I didn’t eat any of the food and I appreciate the girl that was honest about the safety issue of a roof and rain water leaking into the machine that cooks the food.
Pictures below show the raw dough ball I made the inside of a bread bite and the raw pieces of fat they put in my pasta. I didn’t take a picture of the pizza before I cooked it myself!
