My order was paid for but never delivered. When I called the store to report it missing, they insisted I hadn’t checked my front door and that the delivery driver had dropped it off at the correct location. I was told to wait 15 minutes and still nothing arrived. When I called back, I spoke to a very rude manager who insisted I had received my order. After being put on hold several times, I was offered to cancel my order and when I asked for compensation, not even tip would be returned to me after the delivery driver dropped the pizza off to the wrong house. We have been waiting over an hour and a half and still haven’t received our food. Never ordering from this store again. So unacceptable.

I was in town for business and we haven't eaten since lunch. I placed an order to be delivered at 8:57 pm for delivery. I received notification that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. After speaking to the store, they informed me that more order was sent to the wrong address. My options were to either take the refund or wait for a fresh order. I emphasized I did not want cold food delivered. We received our order at 10:30 pm and it was cold... Later that night i vomitted shortly after eating.For someone who travels the country for work, this is the most worthless pizza delivery service. Dominos promises a guarantee, but this is absolute trash. Worst Dominos I have ever experienced.

I have eaten at this location plenty of times with no issue. Tonight I ordered the exact same Pizza I always order. Pan pizza with alfredo sauce and bacon. The bacon is cooked on the ends sticking up, but the rest of it was soft and pink. I called up there, and spoke to the manager. He says all their bacon comes precooked in a bag. He said maybe there was too much alfredo sauce or too much cheese.

I placed a future order at 9:00 PM not knowing the lobby was closed. I called and they made my order ahead of 9:00pm so that was nice. When I got there I wasn't satisfied with the pizza I ordered but they re-made the pizza for me at the last minute and I could tell they understood what I wanted. I love coming to downtown Durham for my Domino's!!! I love the staff they always remember me too.

The manager, employee, or whatever position he assumes, was pretty rude to me as I pulled in the parking lot. Not sure if it was a language barrier as he did have an accent, but he was quite rude. The parking lot can only comfortably hold 5+ cars & as I’m pulling in for a quick pick up, he’s barking at me and instructing me on how to park which I don’t appreciate. Additionally, the young girl who worked at the pick up window wasn’t kind either. Learning how to talk to people and having basic respect is something both employees should work on. Not asking for stellar service, just simple human decency and respect.

Domino's website said this was the location to order deliver for my address. 40 min after I ordered they decided to call and say I was outside of their radius, my address is like 3 miles away. This was my plan for dinner tonight and don't have time to go get/ order something else, I guess thanks for helping with my new diet

I first made an online order and didn't received what I thought I ordered. After talking with the manager I took my order back to the store. After getting there the manager refunded my money and in return helped me with the atmost patience and respect to help me get what I wanted. She and her staff were kind and very curtesios to me in every way. Shout out the Domino's on Main street, Durham NC. The downtown location.
