They are rude and disrespectful I called the store because of how they delivered the food by throwing it on the ground I called and the manager was very mad when I told him how my food was delivered and said it was might older driver he wouldn't do that I asked for a new order and 2 hours later still no food I had to call again and he was furious with me like I did something wrong I have plenty of pictures I will never order from them again.

I mean the staff was great, I had to come back after leaving for my garlic sauce as it wasn’t in the box. But there was no cheese on my pizza it was baked dough, barely any sauce and the toppings tried to call for a remake, didn’t get an answer!

Never dealt with a more disrespectful manager, Sean in my life. I ordered a pizza a while back online and it said I had an emergency pizza for next time. Literally forgot about till I just seen the commercial for it so I called because it wasn't showing up on my online and from the start Sean said I have nothing to do with online and I said well man this is kinda misadvertising don't you think. Sean just hung up on me. I really thought we got disconnected because I wasn't being rude, yelling , cursing or anything just trying to figure out why this happen and Sean hung up on me again so I think Tiffany is the owner from the other reviews so I will definitely be contacting you and also corporate because I have been a manager myself in the past in restaurants and if I ever treated someone like this I would have been looking for a job so idk if you keep talent like Sean around Tiffany but I can guarantee I will be contacting corporate

I love dominos, and just recently started to order takeout from my neighborhood location opposed to delivery to save money. But the last visit I noticed a few extra friends (roaches) crawling about the checkout counter. Very discouraging especially as a food service professional myself.

So, fyi before I get into this review. I have been a LOYAL customer to this location for years now but now, things seem to be going "crazy" now.So, this started around my birthday month this July. I ordered a medium pan pizza (with alot of different cheeses) and some cheesy tots. The cheesy tots were great but I could tell my pizza was missing a few cheese toppings I ordered. I thought nothing of it and was like: "You know, this is a first for them, it's all good." Then, fast forward to August 14th. Was having a bad day so, why not order some pizza right? So, I ordered a XL Brooklyn Pizza with some cheesy tots (keep in mind, I ordered the same I got on my birthday month which had "Alfredo Sauce, Cheddar Cheese Blend, Shredded Provolone Cheese" no veggies/no onions no peppers). My pizza was good but my Tots had onions and peppers on them. Can't eat peppers. Why didn't I take a picture or call them you say? It was late...it was a rough week...give me break okay? So, I ended up giving them to my roommate and I applied for a free pizza redeem.Now...fast forward to today. I decided to redeem my free pizza (cheese pizza similar to my pizza I had for my birthday month) and decided to add one of their amazing Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich to the mix. Just got my pizza and sandwich. Sandwich was right but...my pizza...out of all my times ordering at this Dominos...i've NEVER had a pizza this bad (other pizza locations? Sure i've had bad but this location NEVER has messed anything up). This time, I took a picture (will post it). Some may even think this pizza doesn't look bad but in my years of ordering from this location...this IS bad. I even left a review. I'm leaving one here now. Why am I complaining? What will this review do? Well..maybe this location will come back to its great roots it once had. The Dominos location I LOVED ordering at that never got my order wrong or messed it up. I can't give half stars so, even though I have it at 3/5 stars...I give it 3.5/5. I hope they improve things soon or they will lose a faithful customer.
Every time I order from this store my pizzas are SLOPPY. What’s the point ask of asking for instructions and they don’t follow them. My pan crust is always VERY my pizza soft and not done. Terrible ?

I love the consistency of this dominos. Always fresh, fast, and accurate with my order. If I ever had an issue they immediately rectified the situation! Customer for over 10 years and this is my favorite dominos ever!!!

We have rarely had any issues here, food is awesome and service is pretty good. Sometimes can be slow if waiting to get through the window pick up but for the most part no other complaints. I also thought they're new phone ordering system was pretty neat.

We ordered two medium pizzas, one with the vegan (thin) crust and sauce options plus two toppings. I've had thicker tortillas. It wasn't worth the cost or trip to pick it up.
