Wrong pizza on 2 of them asked to have it fixed manager has attitude and told me to comeback when gm I'd in needless to say I'll never order again from them mistakes happen understandable but food probably was mixed up no biggie but when you go to get it correct with no animosity or anything you give me attitude for your mistakes
It was awesome! Came to the hotel across the street extremely quickly, and right to my room!! It was DELICIOUS!!! Seriously. Thank you. Is great they outsource to a call center overseas too... friendly, quick, easy, polite order taking. Very grateful. Just a plain pizza and a diet coke. Perfect! Thank you.

I placed an online order and decided to carry out. I walked in and was ignored. Three people were inside "working". Two of the people looked straight at me and went back to doing what they were doing. I stood there patiently for two minutes before I yelled "excuse me". I yelled "excuse me" like four times before I received any help. I know the lady that was closest to me heard me but she chose to ignore me. The guy who was further away came to help me. There was trouble with the card machine. At one point, the guy calls the lady over to assist him with the machine. She acted annoyed. I didn't appreciate being ignored when I walked in. They act like I was standing around for my health. My pizza was cold and I didn't receive my ranch sauce. I won't be returning to this lousy location again. Get better workers that actually want to work.

Well I must say customer service has gone to He$$ at this location. Normally when you place an online order and ask to have it delivered. It comes within a decent time frame. Lord not today they would rather let it sit in the store for 20-35 minutes without notifying the customer whatsoever. It would have been nice to pick up the phone and call the customer to let them know of the situation it’s not like you guys don’t have the number! Then having to drive up to pick up your order not to mention it’s luke warm and they decide to void your payment as well. Then you have to pay again which also puts you in a whole other category waiting for your money to be credited back to your account. Guys you have to do better than this it’s Definitely NOT working out in the best interest of Dominos that’s for sure!

I’ve gone to the store a couple times usually not a problem but around 1130 I tried to order and it wouldn’t work so I called a the lady said they where closed and hung up on me rude for no reason.

The worst service, I have come many times to buy and they always tell me that they only deliver. I don't recommend this place
Driver "Judson" (stupid name )should be fired. He didn't read the address on my order or map it so he left my order I paid for plus tip online at the door of someone else's apartment in a whole other complex. He was rude on the phone and refused to go and get my order from the wrong place and bring to me while I waited outside in the rain and hung up on me. So somebody got a free dinner on me. Store finally made it right but at first they acted like they didn't believe me and wanted to defend the driver, almost like they didn't know what I was talking about, what order, are you sure it was here, it shows as completed, etc. I explained the conversation with the driver over and over and they were still skeptical.

Staff is extremely rude. I’m concerned that due to poor customer service the food here isn’t safe to eat. One girl in particular is very rude immature and unprofessional. They took my money and I never received my order and were rude to me about it when I called to resolve the issue. We have been ordering from this Dominos since 1986 and I am Horrified.

Ordered tonight 2/21/24 large pizza pepperoni on whole, mushrooms on one side, banana peppers on other side. We get our order and there is no pepperoni on it at all just the vegetables. Normally we don’t have issues with this location but wth.
