I called in for a piece of domino's fail to reach their customer service obligation upon delivering a Pizza. Call for a Pizza to be delivered. They gave me they gave me the time, how long it would take for the Pizza to come to me? I said, okay, I'm paying cash. Over a couple of years, I've been ordering my Pizza from Domino. 's and this is the first time then someone tried to tell me that they delivered a Pizza. While me sitting here waiting waiting and waiting for it, and I called back to tell them no. The Pizza was not delivered. I'm sitting here waiting for the Pizza. Well they sent him was delivered and he said I said how I could be delivered. I wouldn't be calling to. You know if the Pizza wasn't delivered? So now the person who asked a phone, it's gonna act like, well, it's a problem about me complaining about the service. Oh well, we we can send another one out. No, absolutely. You know it's up to you one way or the other. At first I told him, yes, then I thought about that, I said, wait a minute, I don't know. I don't know if I can trust that that piece is gonna be with the way it's supposed to be. So I called back and I can't it, but yet I'm still getting national add to oh, well, you now you try to accuse me of something which I just don't trust. My piece is gonna be the way it's supposed to be. Especially this time of day, the way people are today. So now I'm gonna never had to work on me ordering another piece of feather in my whole entire life. Thank you for letting me share

All dominoes in this area suck but this one is particularly useless. Don’t recommend if you actually want someone to deliver your order to the correct address.

Have ordered from this location for over 35yr and it use to be great! Family gathering after funeral ordered 3 pizzas all three were delivered wrong and gave a $10 tip. Young loud mouth Afro American manager would not correct the order and talked down to me and then hung up on me so I drove down to talk to her and she gets loud and threatening. Would not correct my order, would not give me my money back and would not give me her bosses phone number. Told me to look it up on the internet. Wish I could give her and this store minus 10 Stars

This store used to be great. I could order a pizza - and it would be ready and waiting for me in less than the 12 min it takes to drive to the store. The last 3 times i have ordered the service has been horrible. 1. They were serving people behind me in line whose orders came out after mine while I stand there in the front of the line looking at my order in the shelf. Finally received my food 38 min after I ordered.
2. Project time was 15 min. I got to store and they hadn't even started it. I waited another 25 min for food.
3. Last night. Projected time was 17 min. When i got there they still hadn't started it. Told me it would be a few more minutes. I sat down waited patiently... and listened to them joking around for 20 min. One customer came in during this time. Go up to counter and see my food sitting on shelf- they never told me it was ready. They say it just came out and they said they have been really busy... Busy goofing off is the reality. Will be ordering from Hillsborough store next time. Its an extra 5 min away but by my estimates it will probably be 15 min faster

As I was enjoying my pizza I ordered; which was good, and get to the end of it and found something like a bread bag tie in my mouth. I didn't care for Domino's before this, but even though the pizza was good, this has thrown me off.

Specifically ordered Dominos for the first time in over a decade to try the new stuffed crust.
I did not receive the stuffed crust, and received a slop mess.
Needless to say, it will be another decade before I order from this shit pizza chain again.

The order was correct and delivered quickly and was hot. HOWEVER I signed up for text updates and didn't receive any. When the delivery guy showed up he was entirely RUDE. I greeted him, tried to make conversation. He never said a single word and only stuck out his hand for his tip. He didn't even hand me the order. He made me teach into the hot bag to get it. RUDE RUDE RUDE
Just talk to the shift leader about having raw pizzas and uncut . She was laughing and said what you want me to do about it really I mean really . The own should not have kids trying to play at work. I will never ever order a aging and will be posting more .

Wrong pizza on 2 of them asked to have it fixed manager has attitude and told me to comeback when gm I'd in needless to say I'll never order again from them mistakes happen understandable but food probably was mixed up no biggie but when you go to get it correct with no animosity or anything you give me attitude for your mistakes
It was awesome! Came to the hotel across the street extremely quickly, and right to my room!! It was DELICIOUS!!! Seriously. Thank you. Is great they outsource to a call center overseas too... friendly, quick, easy, polite order taking. Very grateful. Just a plain pizza and a diet coke. Perfect! Thank you.

I placed an online order and decided to carry out. I walked in and was ignored. Three people were inside "working". Two of the people looked straight at me and went back to doing what they were doing. I stood there patiently for two minutes before I yelled "excuse me". I yelled "excuse me" like four times before I received any help. I know the lady that was closest to me heard me but she chose to ignore me. The guy who was further away came to help me. There was trouble with the card machine. At one point, the guy calls the lady over to assist him with the machine. She acted annoyed. I didn't appreciate being ignored when I walked in. They act like I was standing around for my health. My pizza was cold and I didn't receive my ranch sauce. I won't be returning to this lousy location again. Get better workers that actually want to work.
