Don’t eat here! I did a curbside delivery order and they marked the order as complete even though I never received the food. I had to call twice for them to bring the food out to me. Dominoes has a promise that you’ll get the food within two minutes of checking in or receive a free pizza but this location will falsify records showing you received it on time so then you get nothing. Never going back!Update: No surprise the store manager refused to acknowledge my complaint but Dominoes customer care did take care of me and try to make it right, will still never return to this location.

I order from Domino's on occasion but won't any further. I ordered 2 pizza's Saturday night 1 for me and 1 to go in the fridge for my wife since she wasn't around and out was going to be nice for her to have some food around that she could grab at a moments notice since we are home with our new baby. Fast forward to Monday afternoon not even 48 hours after we ordered and she goes to grab a slice and the ham on her pizza has started turning green. I call domino's to see if we could get a small credit or something, the manager was not necessarily rude but not remotely apologetic. His first words in response were "just don't eat it". Thanks man I didn't know that, he said there was no way to verify that it had been refrigerated properly and so nothing could be done, which is fair, people are out there trying to get illegitimate free food all the time, I understand. I was a pizza manager for nearly 10 years, I know domino's isnt the highest quality nor do I expect a lot from them. But as someone who was serve save certified and has been around I'm certain either a) they were keeping their ham past it's shelf life or b) they are not storing it properly because I have never seen ham do that when served, stored, and handled properly. And I had roommates who I would give free pizzas to and they would let it sit out unrefrigerated for days and I would see anything change color that quick. And hey it might be company policy to not do anything for situations like mine which is fine. But at least act sympathetic and pretend to the customer that you will try and do better in the future. Anyways deli meats handled in this fashion are some of the most dangerous foods you can accidentally consume and I would recommend staying away until they ensure that their foods are handled safely.

They called me and said their system did not charge my card, asked for my card over the phone. I checked and my card had not been charged. I gave them my card number and the next morning I have two fraudulent charges on my card. They will steal your CC information if they have the chance.

I would not order from this location again and I ALWAYS use this location. I was racially discriminated by one of the employees there. I am not sure if he was the manager or not but I was question about something that did NOT involved my order. I placed an order online just like a normal customer and I could not pick up my order without being interrogated. I was the only POC in there and a statement that came from this guy's mouth was "them people know how to work the system" which did not have to be said. A white guy with glasses, dark hair and was wearing shorts when I arrived. He was on the line making the pizza. This Hope Valley location is normally friendly and I get my order with ease but this was the first time I EVER experienced this type of service from there. I am not singling no one out but everyone else were friendly and polite except for that rude piece of mess. I pray he was not a manager there because if he is he need to be fired for how he treat customers. How rude this guy was he does not need a job in this field of customer service, especially if he is going to be racist against the POC that come into the store. I know for a fact now that I will travel to another location to place my order even though this one is closer to my home, but I will be treated with respect when I order from somewhere no matter if its online or in store. To anyone that use this location and you are a person of color, be careful when you order because that guy is racist, rude and disrespectful.

For some reason you can't pay by cash in store!!! When you order online, the option to pay by cash is no longerclickable, only card!! They must be losing a lot of business because of it.Also they are a dollar or two more expensive than other dominos stores!Other than this huge inconvenience of not having the 'pay in store' option, the food itself is usually pretty decent

They don’t honor any type of deal at Al.Avoid this location like the plague that it is. Only pro is it’s cheaper than Randy’s pizza.

I've seen all the low reviews but can't say I ever had any issues when ordering delivery on the app or the walk-in pickup. Maybe I just time it right, and the product is generally consistent. I ordered the chicken nugget bites and a medium all the meats. The only thing with that pizza is that the grease/fat tends to leak quickly through the crust into the box. No pics on this one.

I actually quit ordering from Dominos #8904/Hope Valley/Durham for nearly a year, because they’d never bring the drink I ordered. I had actually put it into the delivery instructions (“please don’t forget the Coke.” I decided to try again, and ordered four cokes. Who could miss that, I thought. We’ll, they missed it. Drinks? Sound small, I know. But it’s clearly systemic incompetence at that location. I’m done.
