I was in tears over how verbally abusive, mean, and attacking Manager Preston spoke to me 2 weeks ago BOTH on the phone and in person. I’m shocked that he would think it ok to talk to a customer like that. I told him that because we order from this store every week and I want to see them continue to do well. I told him that for the last two weeks, there seemed to be something not working right. There appeared to be a staff member that was slowing things down and frustrating other staff. Tons of customers were waiting longer than usual. As soon as I said anything, he attacked me verbally and insulted me. I tried to explain that I was trying to help them not lose customers. He continued spewing hatred - I know it’s hard to believe. I was in shock. I can’t recommend this store anymore since they hire mgrs who treat others like this. The Owner must not care as he has not returned my couple calls. Don’t risk the same treatment. There are plenty other Randy’s, Papa John’s, Marco’s, Pizza Huts, etc in the area.

Never disappointed here. Absolutely fresh and tasty pizzas and sides. The staff is wonderful and ever busy. They always run some interesting offers. Sauces and even chilli flakes are charged extra. That was weird. I will still continue to visit whenever I crave for good pizzas.

We have been customers here for two decades. They have gradually declined in quality since covid and its all the point that we are concerned that they will loose customers. We have called in to leave some respectful feedback a handful of times the past year, but they have been extremely rude. Tonight, the manager Preston cussed us out. We are not returning. Do not go to this Domino's if you value good character along with good food and service--there is no excuse to cuss someone out, no matter how stressful your day has been.

I have gotten pizza from this dominos many times. They do a great job. Pizzas are always good. They make them pretty quickly, so wait time is almost always short. This Domino’s has become my go-to for pizza from a chain restaurant. We also use them for big group gatherings with friends, and everyone is always happy with the pizza. Also, I recommend the garlic Parmesan bites.

If you’re willing to drive and live close to the one on woodfcroft order there and pick it up. This location has been bad and if I didn’t live in the delivery zone I’d never be forced to go through the inevitable . Overcooked pizzas . Tough dough . Pizzas not all the way cut through . Go to woodcroft..
