I want to take the time to say thank you. I walked in there, and I immediately saw the manager named Joy. I want to take the time to say thank you for your personality your joy and your love. You are truly the definition of great Customer Service. I don’t know if you remember who I was but I came in there. I stopped you in your track and I just wanted to let you know that she was such an amazing woman in person. If there was more people that had great customer service like you fast food restaurants will be such about a place. Thank you for your personality.

Awesome location, great service! The employees finished the drive thru order while I came in and had started ordering on the self-service screen. They offered to take my order as soon as they were available, even though I wasn’t struggling with the system. I appreciated the prioritizing customer service, even with automated kiosks in place. And the Halloween buckets and donut holes are too cute and yummy to pass up!

I order my food which came up to $15 I proceeded to pay cashier with $100 bill she’s says she can’t take anything over a $20 bill but if I but when I come in and Oder 2 dozen for the job that’s clearly over $20 you mean a million dollar a year business can’t break a $100 bill?

The donuts weren’t fresh. When I asked for new ones, they gave them to me very reluctantly and didn’t even look at me. On top of that, I ordered a sugar-free latte but it was full of sugar. I didn’t complain because by then I didn’t want to deal with more bad looks from the lady who was serving

the second dunkin i drove to to try the cereal milk drink. I checked the app to make sure they had it and placed a mobile order. once i got there i was rudely informed that they couldn’t make my drinks and to pick a different milk. we pulled around to the window and the guy said “what did you get?” despite us being the only car in line. we then waited 8 minutes at the window for drinks i didn’t even want anymore. no option to cancel my order. why let me order something you don’t have, make me drive 10 minutes out of my way and then be extremely rude to me about the entire ordeal.

The staff are the best I’ve ever seen at a fast food joint. They communicate like a kitchen in a fine dining restaurant, are very friendly with customers and seem to actually enjoy each other’s company. It’s refreshing to see!

Absolutely disgusting interaction with staff. I’m very conscious on how I interact with people that work in the food service industry. So I know for a fact that I’m exuding empathy and grace. The young lady at the drive through window should not work with the general public. Nasty attitude, nasty disposition, the shift leader who I asked to speak with couldn’t even control the tempo. She literally allowed her to disrespect me while I was expressing my concerns. I will never visit this location again. Hire people with integrity and who possess the skill set of knowing how to deal with people.

The food is good. I get a turkey egg and cheese croissant, which is always good. The service not so good. Please don't ask for anything extra in your coffee. It's gonna be a problem.
