Drive thru coffee
Absolutely disgusting interaction with staff. I’m very conscious on how I interact with people that work in the food service industry. So I know for a fact that I’m exuding empathy and grace. The young lady at the drive through window should not work with the general public. Nasty attitude, nasty disposition, the shift leader who I asked to speak with couldn’t even control the tempo. She literally allowed her to disrespect me while I was expressing my concerns. I will never visit this location again. Hire people with integrity and who possess the skill set of knowing how to deal with people.

The food is good. I get a turkey egg and cheese croissant, which is always good. The service not so good. Please don't ask for anything extra in your coffee. It's gonna be a problem.

I ordered a large frozen caramel creme coffee and the picture is what I received, no caramel and very strong frozen coffee and it was only about halfway full of coffee and the rest just whipped cream. Today was horrible, usually there are more caring staff who do a great job. I am very disappointed, enough to leave a bad review. My daughters was the same as mine. About ready to go try to salvage my drink at home. Wish me luck.
This place need an overhaul. Understaffed, true lack of friendliness to the customers, but great if you desire no human interaction using the kiosk. Does the staff really enjoy working here?

Usually this Dunkin is one of the better ones in the area. However, my most recent order was a bit surprising to say the least. I ordered a vanilla, blueberry latte and it seems as though you completely forgot about the coffee!
Looks like my drink was purely oat milk hahaha. It still tasted good but I could tell there was no coffee in there. Regardless, still a pretty decent Dunkin :P

I frequent this location for large orders I place for work. Every large order I’ve placed here has run very smoothly, and the donuts are always delicious. I’ll keep coming back to this location for sure.

Went there on a Sunday evening after visiting someone in the hospital, the creamer they used was spoiled and make me sick as a dog. I will not ever go back

I went to this location to get the heart shaped donuts with the special icing on it and a few others. I had made a mobile order for pickup. When I got my order all the donuts were thrown into a bag haphazardly ruining the icing, sticking the donuts togeather and they were all partially smashed. Outside of the heart donuts they didn't even give me the right ones. The one heart donut I was able to salvage barely had any filling in it! Ended up going to Krispy Kreme

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Unfortunately, the employees here have consistently been rude and unprofessional. Each time I’ve visited, my coffee has been served cold. When I’ve politely mentioned the issue, instead of addressing it, the staff reacted defensively and argued with me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I believe Dunkin’ Donuts should take a closer look at their staff training and customer care practices. Sadly, this has been the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve encountered.
