Lady was rude. No customer service. Ask about something on the menu and she just points up and says there the menu.. wanted 3 dozen because son in hospital with cancer and I give nurses a box n share a box with my side of the floor with other kids.. had to go all the way krespy cream.. train y’all staff better or continue to lose outz

I usually order a hot chocolate, there usually very good. But how in the heck can u make it taste like battery acid?!

This is the WORST dunkin location to ever exist. Every time i come here, something goes wrong. There’s this russian, polish, accent working thing who does not know how to speak to customers. She’e rude and entitled. They never make my coffee right. Something is always broken. The ubereats order always come wrong. I believe they’re usually understaffed. This Dunkin needs a whole new upgrade asap, new management and some new workers. I am done giving this place a chance.

If I could give zero stars I would. The girl Shakira that works here was very rude and poorly trained. When I asked to speak to the manager, she informed me that SHE is the manager. How does someone make it to working at the manager level if they do not even know how to take someone's coffee order in an accurate and professional matter? I have worked in food service before and I know how brutal it can be but I would have never treated a customer like this.

It was a little tricky to get to. But once inside, we were greeted by the workers (plural) even though they were busy helping other customers. They were so nice. They didn't know this was my last treat before a heart procedure so their kindness was above and beyond. They even threw in an extra donut. Thank you soooo much.

On 4/25 , I had an appointment in the area and stopped by to grab a Boston crème donut and a coffee . It’s been a minute since I’ve been at Dunkin’ Donuts and I’m also new to Durham . The guy working that morning was very rude , and wasn’t helpful with taking my order . His attitude genuinely sucked and the customer behind me , he seemed to have good service to the people behind me . I would definitely not recommend this location or come back .

I came in this morning at 9:30 AM to place an order for hashbrowns and a sandwich. After waiting for about five or 10 minutes and after not being greeted, I finally asked one of the staff members if they would assist me. The one guy the sandwich maker said no place an order on the kiosk. I said OK. Can we pay by cash on the kiosk? He says no we do not accept cash at this location. I will not be coming to this location or Dunkin ever.

We went in there cause me and my boyfriend decided we wanted ice cream and even though the Baskin Robbbins side was closed Nigel that works on the Dunkin’ side rang us up for some ice cream and we appreciate him going above and beyond and getting us the ice cream! Thanks again Nigel!
