This location has gone downhill, the staff is very unprofessional. Very bad hygiene with the staff, pants hanging off their bodies. Handling food with no gloves, kid wiped his nose with his hand then grabbed customers cup with his fingers inside the cup. Very rude . Only person that’s works there who is always professional is the older Mexican lady. Owner needs to get a grip on his staff, poor management.

The rudest servers out of any Dunkin’s I’ve been to. I’m from Boston originally and I have been in many. Servers are downright rude and disrespectful! Ignore you at the counter.

Aside from me there was only one other customer I ordered three of the same sandwiches all wrong hashborns crushed up and cold. They also made fun of the other customer to his face calling him a bum and other things when he asked for a refill on his coffee. The place was filthy and when one worker was asked to clean her loudly complained the whole time. Absolutely horrible service and food and I'm disgusted by the attitude towards customers the employees have.

Ask about something on the menu and she just points up and says there the menu.. wanted 3 dozen because son in hospital with cancer and I give nurses a box n share a box with my side of the floor with other kids.. had to go all the way krespy cream.. train y’all staff better or continue to lose outz

This is the WORST dunkin location to ever exist. Every time i come here, something goes wrong. There’s this russian, polish, accent working thing who does not know how to speak to customers. She’e rude and entitled. They never make my coffee right. Something is always broken. The ubereats order always come wrong. I believe they’re usually understaffed. This Dunkin needs a whole new upgrade asap, new management and some new workers. I am done giving this place a chance.

If I could give zero stars I would. The girl Shakira that works here was very rude and poorly trained. When I asked to speak to the manager, she informed me that SHE is the manager. How does someone make it to working at the manager level if they do not even know how to take someone's coffee order in an accurate and professional matter? I have worked in food service before and I know how brutal it can be but I would have never treated a customer like this.

It was a little tricky to get to. But once inside, we were greeted by the workers (plural) even though they were busy helping other customers. They were so nice. They didn't know this was my last treat before a heart procedure so their kindness was above and beyond. They even threw in an extra donut. Thank you soooo much.
