Was in areas for an event and wanted DD, we t to drive through, was noisy and could nit hear the woman taking the order and she could nit hear us. Not really thier fault but traffic from the road made it hard. Coffee was good. They gave is regular breakfast wrap instead of the pancake wrap.we ordered.

I think the price is too high in general for what you get. Breakfast sandwich is mostly bread. Too expensive. If chikfila can do it, so can you. Same prices.

The workers were very sweet. My order wasn’t in the system when I got to the window and she kindly asked what I had to make it quick. Only issue I have is when I got home this was my plain bagel with “cream cheese”. I’m sorry that literally has nothing on it so quite annoyed by that.
The staff was arrogant and and asked us to bring a car if we want to redeem the gift card. Not expected from a brand like this. Incidence date: 5th Oct 2023 at 6:45

This Dunkin is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The customer service was terrible. My husband, daughter /and I, went in for a coffee and donut, came back to the car with NOTHING. We stood in there for awhile waiting to be serviced. Staff were on their phones, one seemed like she was in even using her headset as a phone to talk. My family was completely ignored until we finally decided to turn around and just walk out. I have never experienced such rude customer service!

Lazy workers here. I go to order and she's on her phone. Really? Then I order a Dunkin midnight you know because it's on the menu and it's a nice dark roast. They tell me they don't have it. So I settle for a latte and the milk tastes gross and coffee is bitter and nasty.
