I absolutely love the $6 meal deal it gives me everything I need their croissants or crispy on the outside nice tender chewy on the inside in a very good way the bacon is crispy it is nice and warm and delicious and the coffee is an absolute addiction, I've had very good experiences with the service at the window,

I realize this is a very busy drive through location but today they kept the line moving well. Staff were friendly. Thank you for starting my day in a positive way!

When I say that the manager have no respect for the customer there! The lady in the front with the blue shirt on, I think she may be the manager. The heavy set light skin lady. She is rude and do not have no customer service. She act like she don’t wanna be there to work. She need to learn how to be more polite and respectful. I wish I knew her name! She was so unprofessional!

i know to never come here in the afternoons, theres a couple here that always takes forever and are very difficult to understand in the speaker. management needs to do better with who they hire or train better. ive had to many bad experiences and now i know better than to come to this dunkin

The girl with the red wig woke up angry today. She gave me my drink with tons of ice with the drink not even full. I ordered light ice which i didn’t get. I reminded her that I asked for light ice and she took out barely anything. Brought up the fact is wasn’t full the whole time, asked to maybe fill it up a bit more. She was upset the whole time took it back, mixed it, and gave it back. I’m not sure if she knows but I could see didn’t add anymore. She could’ve said no. She gave it back while we laughed it off. She opened the window and said “do you want a refund” while making a face. Not good service

Very dirty bathrooms. No soap in the men's. When the employee refilled it, she only ruined her hands - barely - afterwards. Very dirty. Hoping my coffee is okay. 😏
