Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to! No one on the staff acknowledged I was there, totally unfriendly and NEVER made eye contact when I tried to ask a question. All that attitude just to find that my order was incorrect. So disappointed!!

Only wanted to get two donuts! . I wanted a glazed with strawberry icing w/ sprinkles of course, and the Boston cream. They didn’t have the Boston, so I just got a regular glazed donut with chocolate icing along with the strawberry one. When the women handed me the bag the strawberry donut didn’t have the sprinkles on it. I asked why didn’t it have the sprinkles on as advertised, and that’s when she says you have to ask for the sprinkles? I’ve never had to ask before. The donuts looked pitiful. They were definitely not fresh. Woman who took care of my order wasn’t friendly, and instead of saying you have to ask for the sprinkles. she could have said since you didn’t know that you had to ask. I will still get that one for you; just for future reference make sure I ask next time. it would have been nice for her to just offer. Instead she didn’t seem to care, and I spent $7 on two plain donuts. The place wasn’t busy at all. I was the only customer, but I know Krispy Kreme is just a couple minutes down the road from Dunkin’ and I prefer to give them my business instead bc they never disappoint!! Always fresh ! Tons of options! I wish I would have taken a picture of the two donuts just so you could see how they looked. I know I’m not the only one who would have been disappointed.

Today’s date is 12/16/24. I go to this location almost everyday and every time I talk to jasmine she is always so pleasant and sweet. Today when I arrived, the drive thru line was so long. Cars were to the main road. I noticed it was dark. When I finally got to the window, I notice it was only sweet jasmine in the store, doing her very best to keep it all together. When she came to the window, I asked “are you ok?”. She calmly looked at me and said “no, I’m about to cry!” At the moment I could tell she was holding back tears. I said don’t cry. She then continued to get the rest of my order together. When she returned she with the rest of my order, I asked her name and asked “are you by yourself?” She responds “yes”, still holding tears. I said to her “I’m so sorry but you will be ok.” Trying to encourage her in anyway possible. Jasmines deserves all of her flowers. Shes always pleasant and sweet. Today she showed true hard work and customer service by still trying her hardest to keep it together even through the mess she had to deal with it (not being a manager and not having a manager there). Jasmine deserves all the shout outs, “pats in the back”, and raises she can get and then some. Little does she know, she was calm in the middle of the storm. She may not have felt it but as an outsider looking in…. She was ROCKIN OUT!!!! To management, please, not only do something nice for jasmine but get her some reliable help and please don’t leave her by her self. She did an amazing job but she shouldn’t have to be great by herself. Great Job Jasmine at keeping the outside “fire” low while your inside “fire” was blazing!!!!

I placed a mobile order at 7:40 AM.. When I?
Got to pick up my order.The lobby was closed. I waited in the drive through line 49 minutes being the third car in line. I asked when the lobby would be open.And I was told when they got more help. I have recorded the entire conversation in case anybody wants to know from the time I pulled up to the drive through to the time I left. I feel like it is extremely unprofessional.To have your lobby closed on a Saturday morning due to your staffi think difficult.

This had been my go-to coffee shop for the past year-plus - the quality of the coffee used to be better than at national coffee chains and the price can't be beat. As a result, I'd stopped by several times a week for coffee for myself and sometimes for food for my teenager. The staff used to be lovely - caring, hard working, and kind - and the food and coffee used to be consistently good/great.

Something changed about a month ago - total staff overhaul. Since then, I've been charged for items I didn't order and never received. (I still haven't received a refund from the shop or from national customer service - total silence from both at this point.) My go-to coffee drink has been terrible since the staff changed: I've either received the wrong drink altogether or the drink I prefer has been so badly made that it's not recognizable. The wraps my teen prefers are either out of stock, are cold, or (yesterday) are inedible.

I don't know what's gone wrong, but there's no point wasting my money and being treated badly. I won't be coming back.

The staff seem to be nice over the intercom in drive thru. The coffee is just terrible though, I accidentally ordered a hot latte (my fault) when I wanted iced. They looked at me like they’d never seen a mixup before, I wasn’t rude about it or anything & neither were they. The only thing was she dumped the hot coffee over ice so not only is it watery, it taste like the plastic/paper cup & is very bitter, will be nice & refreshing in my garbage can. Glad I wasted 900 points on that.. not. I wish I’d gotten a Dunkin refresher instead bc they seem to be unable to make that poorly ?
