This is the worst Dunkin is ever been too. I'm used to friendly people and a nice atmosphere. No one greats you here or helps with using their kiosk.

Donut rental spots make the bread products 10x their value. Nonetheless the service is good in the cake based puts Dunkin' above Krispy Kreme. They love being near Sherwin-Williams putting sugar in painters, makes us sweet all day.I go for their coffee, not the sugar stuff. Always polite and expoobidient service.

I went there on Valentine's Day to get some heart shaped donuts. No one was at the counter and I could see an employee texting on her cell phone. I waited and waited and finally she came over. The heart shaped donuts didn't say what their filling was so I asked her if she could tell me. There was a bit of an attitude. I almost walked out the door but decided to go ahead and buy some. I was surprised at how expensive they had gotten. Almost still walked away but didn't. I promise however never to go back to this location.

On Hillsborough Rd, Durham Dunkin'. Really clean and calm inside. But, it's busy and they are working hard.If you have a drive through and counter service you need to hire (5) people not 3. Remember 'merica is trying to Run on it!Very clean spot, easy parking.The manager there is sharp, and she's got it moving along. Coffee & doughnut.I only had to wait :07 or so .

I hate to be a black Karen but I’m very annoyed and today was the last straw. I work in the area overnight and sometimes in the morning I wanna come and get breakfast then go home. But each and every time the ladies on the headset are rushing me and not having good customer service at all. Then when I get to the window they smile and look away like it’s all good. It’s not! I love the food and the timing on food but there’s no need to cut me off multiple times during my order to give me a total. I’m not done plus on top of it all early in the morning that menu is very foggy and hard to read. But I don’t complain, I even listen to their promo speeches on whatever they’re selling, no cut off no interruptions. Every morning is not busy so sometimes patience and good customer service will do. Thank you.

Had 3 teens at my house. I ask if I could order variety of donuts. I ordered 4 different kinds of 3 each when I got home open box to find 6 chocolate and 6 plain. Very disappointing since it is 15 mile round trip drive to get there. Why could they not tell me they were out of what I ordered. Now they won’t answer phone.

Transforming a bank into a coffee shop? Interesting to wait in line with but definitely a weird atmosphere and didn’t help when you have to wait longer than 15 minutes to order your coffee. If you absolutely must have your coffee and there aren’t any other options, then go here. Wouldn’t not go out of my way however.

Waited in line almost 30 minutes. Finally get to the window and get my one coffee and when I tasted it and tried to give it back to correct it, the little girl proceeded to say that if I didn't like it I can go somewhere else. Real good quality customer service huh?
