I find it frustrating when you go into a restaurant to get service and all they do is serve the drive-thru and online orders. Having to stand there and wait while they continue to serve the drive-thru and online order when the kiosk isn't working for you and all you want in the morning is a donut, makes the work week get off to a hard start. Thanks Dunkin' Donuts for keeping your delicious yeasty sugary goodness from me, as I probably didn't need it anyway. I guess I can say that poor customer service is the best way for dieting. Thanks for keeping me honest! Unfortunately I can't rate the food because I never got any, but I'm going to go out on a limb and just say that I'm sure it would have been delicious!! I will just have to live vicariously through those people who went through the drive-thru. Perhaps next time I'll try Krispy Kreme!

The cashier had a red bloody open sore on her lip. As I waited for my order she repeatedly touched her mouth with her hands. She wasn’t wearing gloves or a mask. I was so disgusted I threw away my order and washed my credit card along with my hands with alcohol. The heath department needs to seriously look into this place. I will never shop here again. Disgusting and unsafe.

I stood at the counter for several minutes hoping to order while an employee moved donuts around and blatantly ignored me. When I finally figured out that the only way to get service was to use the kiosk, I placed the order that way. My donuts were placed in one area of the counter, while the drink was placed elsewhere and I was never called. I had to finally ask if those items were mine. I was baffled at how terrible the customer service was here and will not be returning.

Tried to go through the drive thru of this Dunkin; cashier started asking me if I wanted to try some particular thing (you know how it is, they always have some new menu item they're supposed to be pushing) before I'd even finished rolling my window down, so I couldn't hear half of what she said. Said I could hear what she had said, and asked her to repeat it. Instead just is like "order when you're ready." I again point out that I hadn't heard what item she was talking about, and again ask her to repeat it. No response. Twenty seconds later a completely different employee comes on and is like "what would you like to order sir (I'm a woman last I checked)." Ended up just telling him nevermind and leaving and taking my business elsewhere. "I'm sorry, I couldn't quite hear you, can you repeat that" is not an unreasonable request or one that there should have been any difficult responding to.

I got here at 7:40 through drive through and was promptly greeted. I began giving my order stating I’d like a donut, and was interrupted with a long speech saying they close in 15 minutes and cannot serve me anything but black coffee. I understand it’s 15 minutes. But I am not asking you to bake a donut. Just grab one off the shelf. But honestly the attitude alone was the reason I am upset. As someone who has worked in food service many years, mostly at starbucks, I have never spoken to a customer this way simply for ordering at my location when we are still OPEN. Just close at 7 if you refuse to serve people after that time.

Worst breakfast by far! Biscuit was overcooked hard and the sausage tasted horrible...tater tots were cold and had a funny taste to them...coffee was regular no taste at all...will never eat breakfast here again

Came to this Dunkin because of the better reviews and was super disappointed. They didn’t have oat milk, or whole milk for my son. We ordered 3 munchkins and they only gave us 2. We were checking if our order was correct and the man at the drive thru was telling us to go go go (rushing us to leave) and on top of all that our iced coffees tasted like ass. We literally ordered original coffee with milk…how can you mess that up?! What a waste of money and drive. Not coming back

I ordered two strawberry frosted and they didn't have any at 230 pm. Most locations don't. But they have glazed. Can't they just take some strawberry frosting and make what I love?

As a disabled Veteran on this Veterans Day, I do not expect or think anyone owes me anything. I will say if you don't like your job then go find another place to work because the nasty attitude of the lady I dealt with at 7:30 this morning that was working the register on Veterans Day was so piss poor and probably the worst treatment I've ever received from anybody in the United States on veterans Day ever in my life. I walked in with a smile and her attitude was just disgusting. She says what do you want and I says I'm here for the Veterans Day special and she says I don't even know what that is. I said it's a free donut and she responds what kind of donut you want and I say a glazed donut and she turns around and snatches that bag and throws the donut in that bag like I was doing a disservice to her and the way she handed or pushed the bag towards me is absolute filth. Young lady if it wasn't for the Veterans of this country you would not be working there. I think you need to take a step back and learn what it is to be grateful. You are a horrible representation of what dunkin' donuts is.

I could probably average how often my order is wrong.. and I’m not talking missing sugar or ice, I mean completely left field.. I am convinced they are: 1) just there for a paycheck 2) just simply don’t care

I tend to frequent DD in the mornings. This location has friendly staff, fresh hot coffee and seems to like dogs. Hope management knows the level of workers they have and pay them accordingly. The morning team in awesome!

Unfortunately this is the most convenient location for us. Ordering on the app, they get it wrong 50% of the time by forgetting to add the coffee flavored syrup. How hard is it to pump the syrup bottle? But here, it’s a 50/50 proposition.
