The coffee is 100% consistent and BETTER than if you bought it from one of the free standing stores. It can be frustrating because they hide the straws behind the counter and they occasionally run out of stuff. Blow it off as life happens the consistent production of the coffee day after day IS WORTH IT. PLUS bring the cup back, get it refilled save money, earn points get free coffee. The refills are LESS than half the price.
