Came in on Saturday for some donuts and coffee to get my day in Durham started. This is so easy: service: awesome! Coffee: awesome! Donuts (glazed and chocolate iced): if not the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life, easily in the top 3. Treat yourself!

The donut wasn't bad but they clearly need to get there earlier. I got there about an hour after they opened and they barley had anything made. Basically nothing off the menu was even available. Don't recommend.

I got a breakfast sandwiches that was mediocre. The donut was excellent and the coffee was average. However, I a coffee snob - Starbucks! The staff was very friendly and the dining area was clean.

Food good, atmosphere lacking. Cashier was more interested in her nails than taking my order, and told me I was wrong when I said something was missing from the bag. (I wasn't)

My First time here was this morning! My donuts were fresh and hot but the sausage egg and cheese croissant was not good at all. Sausage was burned dry and extremely salty and the croissant was burnt and hard didn’t realize until I made it to my job. Also the customer service was not good at all didn’t greet me no smiles just frowns and poor service.
Their donuts and breakfast biscuits are great ... when they have them. I have been here as early as 8:30 am on a weekday and they were out of things. In addition to this, their employees always seem grumpy. Customer service is not great. The inside of the restaurant too seems like it's not well kept. So while their product is amazing, other areas are lacking.

So I drove here from Raleigh for donuts around 8am only to get there and every donut was already sold out. The cashier was nice and suggested next time I get there at 6am when they open. Still debating if it is worth the hassle.
