Food is pretty good even if it is on the pricey side. Owner/manager is kind of weird about pickup. Somehow the online order got messed up and ordered for 30 min after it was supposed to have been ready (maybe our fault). When I got there to pick it up it was not busy and none of the items were particularly difficult (4 sandwiches) yet they didn't speed up the order and waited till the original pickup time to have it ready.Should have cancelled the order and just reordered right at the counter and it would've been ready in 5 min. Strange for them to insist on having it ready by the order time. I would've understood if it was super busy...When pulling out of the parking lot I noticed the fries were cold. After all that waiting we didn't even get fresh fries?

Solid list of sandwiches! I do wish more things were offered hot or pressed. The katsu sub was delicious. We really liked how fresh everything was. The staff was really nice and the Resturant - including the backyard garden were so clean. Which is especially saying a lot keeping the outdoors clear during Durham pollen season! The buffalo cauliflower was a too strong on the buffalo and pretty expensive for the quantity. We won’t be getting that again. In general I found everything to be a few $ over price - I hope the extra costs are going to treating staff well!

Paid $13.00 for a small 5 " round chicken sandwich, no sides. While decent in taste and presentation, it is not worth the price IMHJ. Paid $5.00 for a small cup of tater tots. This pricing made the $3.00 Tecate special feel like a steal. There is only one bathroom, so get in line early. And be careful parking as the spaces and driveway are tight. While the customer service was outstanding, the prices paired with the paltry quantity will keep me away. I tired it....

I love this place , it has become my new spot for lunch or a fresh bite to eat , as a born and raised New Yorker living in NC I miss a good quality sandwich, hoagie, roll , and hero cause let’s be honest there’s certain things each one has to have to be a great sandwich and while I haven’t yet tried the whole menu yet I will say my recommendation is definitely the Dagwood with extra bacon and a side of there curly fries is a must !! Arby’s ain’t got nun on them ?. I look forward to seeing what comes on the menu and trying the rest of what they have to offer, the service is always welcoming and as a chef I can appreciate the quality of food and ingredients and the speed and quality of service - Eastcut for the W ?
