I got an everything bagel toasted with bacon, egg and cheese. The bagel didn't have that gluten chewiness I personally thought it should have. It tasted kind of stale and there was so much butter on the bagel I ended up getting a wad of it when I took a bite. I got bacon on maybe half the bagel so if I probably would have ordered double serving if I go back again. The staff was friendly and it's in the Durham Food hall so it's a cool spot.

Tell me why I order a lox bagel and there’s kimchi on it??? I’m actually appalled this is gross and did not taste good. Very strange and in my opinion incessant fusion. If this happened to a New Yorker they would have their store demolished. Like I guess it’s my fault for not reading the fine print to see that their lox bagel has kimchi on it but at least give the sandwich a different name.

Lovely foodhall experience with multiple restaurants contained along their aromatic arrogance. This particular day the Univ of Michigan girls sport team was en masse and the vibe was lively. This was my very first foray into smoked salmon with crème cheese in a bagel. If was skeptical but two bites convinced me. I am not a fan of bagels or fish but somehow I enjoyed this and will get it again. So smokey, bagel toasted just right. See my pics, they do not do it justice.

Overall, a decent place. Stopped in on weekend as I was walking around downtown. Grabbed a toasted poppy bagel with egg, sat in common area to snack. As I said, decent but nothing great. For the price, smallish bagel that didn't seem very fresh. Overall taste of the meal was just ok. Kind of underwhelming.

We got the Urfu and Garlic with Scallion Cream Cheese, Faux Lox Bagel on a Seaweed Everything, and the Hot Honey Tempeh as it came. The Faux lox and the Garlic bagel were amazing and the scallion cream cheese was one of the best if not the best I have had. I wouldn't get the tempeh again as it was not what what I thought it would be. It tasted almost Asian and I thought it was going be more like a Nashville Hit Chicken flavor.

The atmosphere was nicer than the egg that fell on my legs trying to bite into the stale bagel I had this morning .I wasn’t expecting much but I did order the Szechuan Lamb sausage bagelThe taste of the lamb sausage is SALTY very SALTY it’s TOOO MUCH in combination with the already SALTY Szechuan Sauce they add on it .The egg was a nice aesthetic touch but not convenient it’s runny and it slips and makes a big mess .Consider an omelette style egg ???!The bagel . The MAIN ATTRACTION… STALE .Very hard to bite into , I don’t even want to give this to my dogs!!!I had my bagel toasted im unsure if this is the reason behind such a cardboard stale Bagel .

Definitely overestimated how good this place would be based on prior reviews. Ordered the Taylor ham with egg and cheese for $12. Surprised by how much it was but maybe that's just how much things are these days. Bagel wasn't very chewy and the bagel was missing salt pepper ketchup. Guess that was on me to ask.

I honestly love the flavor of the bagels here - and maybe it’s just me, but if you’re charging separately for cream cheese maybe put some on there. This is the second time in a row this has happened. First time I thought oh well mistakes happen…. :(

Best bagel shop I’ve ever been to in NC. Amazing menu with creative and delicious options. The cashier made a mistake but when I returned, it was fixed immediately. Great food and excellent service.

I got a few bagels and one with the seasonal omelette. Boy was it worth the wait. The bagels are flat and dense but packed with flavor. Would definitely recommend for breakfast.

Updated review: urfa bagel changed my life. It's also my preferred stop for a BEnC bagel. Shouldn't cost $10, though.

As with many things, quality has continued to diminish over time. The inconsistency between orders is unbelievable. About 50% of the time my order doesn't have the overpriced add-ons I paid for in it, despite being clearly labeled on the receipt. Not sure if it's incompetent labor or some management issue. The bagels used to be crafted with care and attention and worth the price but not anymore. The bagel sandwiches sound good but they are so poorly put together it ruins it. It's sad how this business has evolved over the last 2-3 years because it used to be a favorite.
