The Best Friend smoothly was phenomenal, the Chicken Ceasar panini was just perfect, and the owner who served us was fast and delightful! It was a great everything and ill definitively be back the next time I'm at that mall.

Great consumer service. However, The Father’s Blend wrap was not fresh. The lettuce was wilted and there was no flavor. The side salad that comes with it was hard and stale. A complete waste of $8. You would think after being closed for almost 2 months due to Covid 19 restrictions, there would be fresher foods. To the owner, please check expiration dates on all products.

I eat here frequently and I must say the food and service is amazing. I always get the Picky Eater salad, simple and delicious. Kyle and Jared always greet me with a smile and they both make sure my salad is well put together and yummy.

This was my first time going to Family Greens. Not only was my salad really delicious, but the guy working there was incredibly nice. I love that it's a healthy option and that it's local. I'll definitely be back.

The service people were not friendly or inviting while we were ordering. The quality of the food was nowhere what we expected. My Happy Thanksgiving panini from the “Pick Two” menu had a 1/4 slice of turkey on it.

They were out of items we wanted which happens. The service was VERY slow. Only two people were manning the station so you'd expect it to be slow but right when the rush hit one of them took a lunch break. The people behind us got their food and smoothies before us so we waited even longer. When we got our smoothies they were pretty bland.

I used to eat here every day. The food was consistently good. But over the last couple of months with new employees it has become hit and miss. I hate this because I prefer to support locally owned businesses.

If you have food allergies this place makes it hard for you to get a double rinsed blender cup to prevent getting a cross contaminated smoothie. I had the guy at the register say the only reason he would be able to double rinse the blender was because it was early in the morning, I thought ok..... this is a first went back again thought I’d give them another try same guy different day long story short he wasn’t going to rinse the blender so it was my choice if I wanted to take the chance. Of course I wasn’t going to play monopoly with someone's life. I left haven’t been back since. With food allergies on the rise and it being considered a disability I was shock at this guys response. Gave the place 2 star simply because we all did like one of their smoothies.
