I was surprised how good it was. I'd recommend this place. It's not all salad - is a hearty, healthy, enjoyable meal.

Bowls are made fresh to order. I like the customizable option. Rsstailurant atmosphere gave nice vibes and was very clean. Outdoor seating available..perfect for a beautiful day like today. Did not like feeling like I was being rushed through options as a 1st timer, but my fault for going during lunch time.

Great food quality, place is busy but fast and great service. Good variety of natural, die/chemical free sodas and aguas frescas. I recommend it!!
I have been here a couple times now and it has never disappointed me. my most recent visit, I came after the NC State Fair because after all that delicious fried food, I needed something fresh to balance. it was the perfect choice.
I have tried a few of their salads and have not once been disappointed, but the one I keep coming back to is the Rancher (which I do think has the most calories but does that really count when you're eating a salad?)
the service also has always been quick and friendly. they make it so easy to take off or add an ingredient - not to mention you could always just build your own salad. that's just too intimidating for me, personally.
the atmosphere is also great. it's warm lighting, open seating, and plenty of seating too, both indoor and outdoor.
if you're craving a good, fresh salad, look no further.
