I just left Favor Desserts 2-18-2025…this was my 1st time going there walking in the 1st thing I look at is customer service especially when you spending $8.00 for a slice of cake. Customer service was average they were not eager to help, no smiling. I purchased lemon and red velvet it was good but I won’t be going back. Customer service 2 stars. Cake tastes 4 stars. and also for me eating the cake with a fork was challenging I needed a spoon.
The cake (oreo) was good!! Went here to get a slice for someone birthday and was told that the cupcakes are $2 on Wednesday. So me and the kids were back and racked up!!! The smell of the shop needs to be put into a bottle and be sold for $5.99 ?.
I picked up some cupcakes for a surprise birthday celebration. The service was excellent and the cupcakes were delicious and beautiful! Definitely will be returning for the cakes and cupcakes in the future! Excellent!
