Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Date night at Firebirds wood fired grill. Great food. Great service. A great moment for me and my sweetheart. What more can one ask for?

It's was really nice and the food was amazing!!! My husband truly enjoyed himself, but had an issue with them not giving a military discount.

We had Sunday dinner here for Easter. The service was great and the food was excellent. My steak was perfect! I will definitely be back to this location.

Most every time it is good. This time the ribs were a bit overcooked and the potatoes were stiff. I still will return

Literally could not eat the chicken. Quite impressive actually how badly the chef butchered 2 breasts of parmesan chicken, but it was awful. Like it had been reheated 4 times. Not sure what happened to this place but the prices shot higher and the quality of food has dropped significantly. 5 of us paid a fortune for really bad food. The salmon was the only decent meal that was served. Will never go back.

Hit and miss. Pork chop was wonderful and perfect. Steak was overdone, not medium rare as requested and preferred, although cut was tender. For price it should have been cooked correctly. Salad was served covered in dressing after requesting dressing be one the side (maybe was not an option, but was not told otherwise). In returning from restroom prior to dessert, there were numerous empty tables covered with dirty dishes, and I even had to step over a cloth napkin and food on the floor. Guess they clean tables at the end of the night? Overall, server did a nice job, but also failed to clear our table after dessert. Probably will not be rushing back.

The pasta dish I got was hot and tasty, just the way I like my food

I was recommended this place with high hopes and was very disappointed. When we first walked in the host was dressed in pajamas with messy hair, she said wait and then grabbed menus and just walked off so I was confused if I was supposed to follow. When first sitting down the table was wet and dishes were dirty they literally had food on them. We ordered the lemon drops and those were watered down so we had to switch to beer. The three course dinner is what we ordered, the salad was good, the steak was supposed to be cooked medium well but was cooked well done. The appetizers we ordered which was the smoked wings and lobster queso were better than the entree itself. The highlight of our dinner was the salad, appetizers and our server Jeremiah who was just outstanding. The money I paid for the dinner definitely did not reflect my experience. The females were dressed down consisting of pajamas, sweat pants, random shirts while the males were dressed up in a upscale attire… really confused on the atmosphere this restaurant is going for.

After a long wait at Uncle Julio’s, we decided to come to Firebirds. We should’ve came here all along! The food and service was amazing. Rene our server, gave us a great seasonal drink recommendation and took great care of us. When I come back I’m definitely requesting her. All the food was hot and tasted so good. 5 stars all around! Thanks Rene!!

She provided great recommendations that enhanced our meal, and truly went above and beyond for my friend and I. If you're at Firebirds, definitely ask for Rene—she's a gem! 10/10! Thank you, Rene!

Lloyd, the manager at Firebird Wood Grill, made our dining experience exceptional! His passion for the food really came through as he took the time to explain each dish and the process to which they are prepared with such pride. His warm personality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Firebirds wood Fired Grill and was fortunate enough to be served by Jocelyn. From the moment we sat down, her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.

Jocelyn's knowledge of the menu was truly impressive. She took the time to explain the dishes in detail and offered thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Her suggestions were spot on, and we ended up trying a couple of items we wouldn't have normally ordered, both of which were exceptional.

Throughout the meal, Jocelyn was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were full and checking in at just the right moments. Her genuine enthusiasm for the food and her commitment to excellent service made our dining experience memorable.

If you're lucky enough to have Jocelyn as your server, you're in for a treat. I can't recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Jocelyn, for making our evening special!

Ordered online and half the toppings for my burger were missing, no bacon, no bacon jam, no condiments. They didnt call to tell us they were out of bacon and the store was closed by the time we got our order. Im crying writing this cause I really wanted bacon and now I dont even want the burger
