once again, a fantastic sunday dinner out with family I have some severe food allergies and the staff handled it like pros my 90 yr old mom who had a walker was handled with grace and the staff is always the best here. Get the spinach salmon salad ( I have gluten and shellfish allergies and will not hesitate to eat out here. they are so careful!) Our waiter had a busy night and handled us so amazing and did a fantastic job so thank you so much!
The waitress was great and the food was wonderful. There does seem to be an issue with the AC and dripping on the floor and customers. That was annoying and should be fixed.
We were disappointed considering we were celebrating a birthday. The hostess forgot about us after we checked in until I had to remind her we were waiting to be seated. We were not asked if we were celebrating an event, even thought it was on our reservation. One person had the prime rib, which was tough and poorly cut as he was given the end piece. In fifty years of dining, that has never happened. It's appears the staff was undertrained and overwhelmed.
everything about the dining experience was great. the one concern or issue we had was the warm temperatures inside the restaurant. it was definitely hot outside but it seems that the air conditioner was either broken in the restaurant or couldn't catch up to cool off the restaurant because of the constant door opening. not sure i'll go back until it cools off in nc
Every thing was really good would have given 5 on the ambience but the AC was struggling to maintain a cool temperature. The food was delicious server was fun to chat with. Glad he kept our drinks full to help with the heat. Plenty of food we had some leftovers for another day yummm.
No ac! Was so hot we had to leave before getting our food! Water dripping from the air vents in the ceiling onto us. Plus side- waiter was very nice and understanding.
I made the reservation and when we showed up, everything was ready and waiting Service was great, food was great, and we were very happy and satisfied with everything.
Great experience! Our server was awesome, she was very knowledgeable of the menu which was helpful! We were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary and it was a great time! We will be back!
We dined here for brunch on Sunday and our food was mediocre at best—disappointing for a $98 (with tip) lunch consisting of three salads. Easy requests like dressing on the side were not honored, and the food took forever to come out even though they weren't that busy. We won't go back; what a waste of money.
Service was excellent and the food was good overall, but the prime rib was cooked more than on my previous visits and the ribeye we ordered was more like sirloin.

Excellent waitress. Very attentive. Food was cooked to our specifications. Also was delicious.
I ordered my burger Medium on the advice of our server (I usually order medium rare, but was told MR is red). The burger was overdone and upon receiving the bill I saw the order was put in as medium well.
The temperature inside was on the warmer side , could have been cooler. I felt a little rushed to leave. Food was good
Jeremiah was our server. He was very professional and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the grill salmon with broccoli and potatoes au gratin. It was simply amazing. We were a party of seven. We were there to celebrate a birthday. We all enjoyed everything. Thank you for your fine dining.
It was a very busy night as it was Wine Down night. Glad we had a reservation. We were around 2-3 large parties so it was loud and a challenge to have a conversation. My husband was pleased with his prime rib. I had the meatloaf special and was not impressed. I usually get the Chilean Sea Bass - it's always delicious. I decided to try something different. I like a good meatloaf but it lacked flavor. The mushroom gravy saved it but my mother makes a much better meatloaf. Our waiter, Ashley (aka Ash) was very good. He was very helpful with my husband who walks slowly with a cane. He helped him to his feet, and made sure he was steady. Then helped him out the door to the car. Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants and we'll be back.
