We went here on a Saturday night. Definitely make reservations! We only had to wait a few minutes but people without had to wait 1.5 hours! Our waitress was super nice and on top of things. The food was delicious! It did take a while to get our dinners, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend the mushrooms and the au gratin potatoes as side dishes!Parking: The restaurant is located next to the mall, so depending on the time of day you may have to hunt for a spot or park further away.
We arrived at this location and was told it would be an hour wait. Added our names to the list and sat outside for over an hour. Upon going in to see how much longer the wait would be, the attendee said an hour to and hour and half. When asked why, as we were initially told an hour, she said because we have to take all reservations first, then we work the others in. It would have been courteous to have been told that in the beginning. After waiting another 15 minutes and deciding to go elsewhere, once arriving at another destination, they then sent the "ready for your party" text. This was not a good experience for folks that wanted to have a birthday dinner.

Great meal, I got the salmon salad! Atmosphere was nice besides the noise but I plan to come back for brunch on a week day. Our server, Lilly, was super friendly and attentive she helped us with all our questions. She checked in on us frequently and took good care of us!

Pros: steak cooked properly, caesar salad generous on cheese, sides good (but need a lighter hand on the oil), nice fresh bread (they brought more without asking).Cons: sticky table, messy restroom, dull steak knives, $12 sangria did not deliver on fresh fruit juice taste but was instead syrupy sweet.Most outstanding feature of the meal: the cheerful service of our waiter!This is our second meal and I came back because my priorities are cocktails, salad, and steak.If they can attend to cleanliness it will add to the atmosphere, but bottom line is I will come back.

Great service! From Jeremiah We never had to ask for anything. He would see our drinks were getting low and he would come over and ask us if we want to refill and get us taken. Care of quickly great personality and just a great vibe.
My teenage son and I had lunch there today. Have enjoyed this location 100+ times over nearly 20 years. However, today was NOT good. Our wing appetizer did not come out until we were waiting on the check post meal. We both ordered the Firebirds Chicken Pasta with Asiago cheese sauce as our main course. These dishes did arrive quickly BUT without any Asiago cheese sauce. When we told our server, he responded “oh… I thought something wasn’t right… it came out so quickly… sorry” and walked away. I mentioned our experience to the manager at the front, as we were leaving. Her response… “that’s too bad.” We spent $70+ ( $60+$10 tip) on a lousy meal.We will not be back to a Firebirds anytime soon.
