I asked for a side of carolina gold BBQ sauce and then the young man asked the lady something in Spanish and then told me that they didn't have any. I asked them how they didn't have any but they're promoting a New Carolina Gold BBQ sandwich! And he said that they had to make more. 🤔 why didn't anyone make more when you're promoting a brand New Carolina Gold sandwich! Mind you they didn't tell me that they were out of anything and that was one...

Customer service is laughable, staff member never looked up from her phone, just pointed at the shelf for the pickup order. Dining area was empty, dirty tables, dirty floor. Side note: Firehouse should be embarrassed by that “hot sauce bar”…which was also filthy. The food was standard.

I order lunch to be delivered from here to my work at least twice a month. I am always satisfied with the food and delivery process. Never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend!
