Went in for my usual when i witnessed a lady being racist to the employees with the phrase "thats why yall are going back to where you came from", im taking time out of my night because ive been coming here for 5 years already and have always experienced great food and great customer service that i felt really bad for the employees. Lady kept asking for owners cell Phone number which employees responded that they werent allowed to do that which caused her more anger...

Went to order and By far this location has the great customer service; Girl at the register is very respectful and helpful. Ladies making your sub greet you on your way in and always smiling very kind. It is a bit boring i wanted to dine in but there was nothing fun on Tvs, no music and i was told they weren’t allowed to switch channels or put music. Other than that i had a great experience and food was great

Walked in to an employee sitting at one of the tables on break, and she was blasting videos on her phone. I voiced my displeasure about it to the other two employees, who were understanding and pleasant. We didn't dine in because of the noise. Food was great, but I'll not be going back to this location if employees are allowed to treat their place of employment like home.
