Today October 28, 2025 we received the worst customer service, pathetic.the order was totally screwed up . The 2 employees were more interested in socializing that doing their job. What we got and what I ordered were 2 different things. Mystery Subs. I will be reporting this to there Corporate HQ. Sad because usually every thing is good.

There are good people running this store. I get good consistent service from the staff, Jackson and Keton today, every time I visit. Sandwiches are always good and the restaurant is for a great cause.

I have been coming to firehouse probably since you opened, my family and friends love the subs, but today I went to pick up the subs about 330 and as I was waiting I noticed that a lot over half of your hot sauce containers were dirty driped on and gross 🤮 so I asked the manager about it she stated that they cleaned them in the morning and I tried to explain it could be a health hazard and she said we already have our health inspection it was just done it's right over here, it has nothing to do with the inspection it has to do with cleanliness for the customer would it really hurt to clean them a couple times a day especially after the busy times to make it pleasant and enticing to use

How typical my first and only time visiting this location …. The young man Edwin was super sweet and I give him A 10 out of 10….. NOW THIS LADY WAS RUDE SHE IMMEDIATELY LOOKED AT ME AND STARTED TO FROWN…. I DONT KNOW WHY IM A BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN BROWN BLACK WOMAN….HOWEVER SHE DIDNT KNOW I WRITE REVIEWS AND TRAVLE ALL OVER DOING SO AND SHE DEFINITELY DIDNT COUNT ON MY MAKING SURE SHE WAS BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS …. MIND YOU SHE LOOKED OVER ME AND CHIOSE NOT TO BE NICE AND CHOOSE TO FROWN AND CHOOSE TO I OVER LOOK ME….

I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak last night, it was the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. I'm sure it wasn't firehouse but the employees who made it. Cheese wasn't melted, onions weren't cooked, it looked like the meat was barely done. Bad service from the employees, I was 100% disappointed.
