Went there today to order a simple veggie sub . The guy at the counter took my order quick. He ask Kareem 3x to make the veggie sub and he acted as though he didn't hear him . After standing there 10-15 minutes watching them do absolutely nothing I asked for a refund. So then it's well we had a pretty big order ahead of you. Why couldn't someone just say that instead of just having me standing there? Poor customer service if you ask me!!

I order a salad I left and checked the salad do you put Brown lettuce at the bottom of the salad add coming up with a good lettuce. I was upset. I didn't get everything I wanted on it.. so I called the manager and she fixed my salad back with free of charge.

They lost an online order I made from the firehouse app and instead of trying to help figure it out they said “call the app.” Well, there’s no number on the firehouse app and so I sent an email. The people from the firehouse app basically replied saying to call the store. Meanwhile I had to go back to work without lunch. No response from either in about a month. Very disappointed

Update: still no meaningful response. Hoping situation gets resolved

It's gotten so lately that I can't find one of your stores that has gluten free breads. I have celiac disease. So eating bread with gluten in it isn't at all good for me. Please find a way to keep gluten free bread in stock. Thank you. All else was great.

I only gave a one because I had to give a star absolutely horrible horrible experience. I got four subs three larges one medium. I ended up with three mediums one large. I also got a roast beef, sub, hot with cheese, lettuce, pickles, etc. and one cold with the same thing and I ended up with too cold with just roast beef and cheese and the other two subs were also completely wrong. This was absolutely an awful experience. with just roast beef and cheese and the other two subs were also completely wrong. This was absolutely a awful experience and I Wasted $$$50 freaking dollars I called and spoke with someone about my order and I am still waiting on someone to freaking call me back with no response refund nor anything absolutely the worst and experience I’ve ever had DO NOT go there. Stay away from this place!!!! Clearly they have no proper management or this would not have been handled in the way it has!!!!! Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Went in here this evening and immediately noticed that each time a customer would walk in the staff got annoyed and would whisper to each other “nooooo we are closed “ which obviously makes customers feel uncomfortable. It’s as if you are inconveniencing them by asking them to make a sandwich……at the sandwich shop…they work at. But ok moving on. I order and I ask for extra Mayo, which I always do at this store and never have I ever experienced what happened tonight. They intentionally gave me at least 5x’s the normal amount. After wiping the majority off it was still not edible. The night crew needs to tighten up.

I ordered online and arrived at the specified pick up time. Nobody greeted me nor was my order waiting for me. I stood at the pick up location for several minutes then the man asked if I needed help. I told him my name and my food had been sitting behind the counter all that time. I ate there and placed another order online. Again, I got up at the specified time and stood there. I told the lady my name and she seemed confused. Again my food was behind the counter. The food was good tho

Ordered and paid online. The kid's juice box was not included and the chips in my partner's order was also left out. Two of us ordered the Hook and Ladder sandwich and both had food poisoning within 2 hours of eating.

FireHouse subs of Roxboro Road did an amazing job today preparing a catering order for my hospital! The entire order was prepared and ready when I arrived and bagged accordingly! Everything was accounted for and they even separated the toppings for the subs so that things would not be soggy. An employee even helped carry things to my car!! I will definitely be using FireHouse subs in the future for our hospital catering needs!
