Went to this location for my first time around dinner time. No friendly Firehouse greeting, i said hello as I walked passed the girl behind the counter making a sandwich and only received a glare in return, even the lady at the register was just standing there and staring, waiting for my order. No one said a thing to me. If they can't acknowledge a customer then my wallet won't acknowledge them. I simply walked out. No wonder it's empty at dinner time. Most uncomfortable and unwelcoming firehouse I've been to. Really puts a mark on a company that's known for its friendly customer service.

The manager was a complete ahole. Refused to give me food I ordered online because I used a birthday reward and had enough points for a free one. Guess he was mad I didn’t have to pay so he refused to give me my food. Avoid this petty location.

We got veggie subs and they were super soggy. Dripping wet. Couldn’t eat them had to trash it. Pickles were missing too. Never going ordering from firehouse.
The snackable size was a nice size for a not so large eaters. My only complaint is that they sell gift cards but you cannot use them online.

Good place, it is designed like a fire station. I had the Italian meatball sandwich- the cheese and meatball are pretty good. The meatballs are big in size too. The cheese and steak option is good too, the beef and brisket also tastes good. The large portion is pretty good. There is representation of the different add-ons and spices as well.
Very attentive and friendly staff, and the subs were loaded and very tasty! keep up the great work!

Food was delicious and enjoyed that the salad was available as well. Did the brisket sub and was delighted. Only thing disappointing was salad not having a regular ranch dressing option. So no real complaints!!!
