Wanted to avoid the 10 person line in Chipotle next door, so I came here where there was no line.
Man, what a mistake.
15min to get a sub when there was 1 person who ordered in front of me.

I don't know if this is the Firehouse standard or these specific employees couldn't care less- seems so, from the speed bug man is moving- but it's definitely my last Firehouse visit.

Great service

The young lady running the register was more focused on her phone than any of the patrons waiting for her to look up and take our order.

First time ever eating from FHS. Ordered online when I arrived was advised my subs were not made due to the toaster was down? Humph. I was perplexed that I did not receive a phone call prior to the 20 min or so, drive to the restaurant. Manager advised most folks do not want a refund over the phone. Okay I say. She provided me with gift vouchers for free subs that expire in 4 days I think? Don’t quote me on the time. I called back on the date the vouchers were to expire. Manager remembered me states oven is working and 20 mins to closing FHS made us the best Meatball Pepperoni Subs EVER!! Thank you FHS Page Rd I appreciate the graciousness and will be back this weekend.

It was your typical Firehouse restaurant. I got takeout to bring home and the subs were delicious. Would go back to this location if I'm in the area again.

Food was good, as expected.
The to go pickup took 10 minutes longer than the time posted in the app.

The subs I order are generally acceptable to good from a food quality standpoint and the Firehouse price-point reflects the broader market.
My issue is the perceived inability for staff to accurately prepare a customized order. My level of ingredient customization is not complex (light condiment, add one produce item, and removal of another produce item). Yet, the last 3 visits have yielded preparation errors, and in one case - no customization at all (even though the receipt showed the correct order each time).
You're probably ok if you just order your sub just how it comes, but if you want it a particular way, plan on going in-person to make sure it's prepared correctly.
I don't have a lot of time for lunch so I rely on the pre-order to get in-and-out quickly. Even though I like their offerings, since Firehouse has been far from reliable with order accuracy, I'm forced to choose a competitor who cares enough to get it right. Too bad...

Parking: Plan to park a bit farther from the restaurant - especially from 11-2. That parking lot is often a mess, compounded by impatient and rude motorists.

My recent visit to Firehouse Subs left me deeply disappointed. As a regular patron of this establishment, I've always enjoyed their sandwiches and friendly service. However, during my last visit, I encountered a disturbing issue that has shaken my trust in this restaurant.Upon receiving my sandwich, I was shocked to discover mold on the bread. This not only grossed me out but also raised serious concerns about the quality control in the kitchen. When I brought this to the attention of the managers, Meme and Keith, I was met with ignorance and unapologetic attitudes. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they resorted to badmouthing customers and engaging in irrelevant discussions. It's deeply disappointing to witness such unprofessional behavior from the management team, especially in a franchise known for its customer service. As someone who has frequented this location numerous times without any prior issues, this experience was particularly jarring.Adding insult to injury, I find it hard to believe that "Meme" is the manager's real name. It sounds more like a nickname, which doesn't instill confidence in the professionalism of the establishment. In light of this incident, I do not intend on returning to Firehouse Subs and can no longer recommend it with the same enthusiasm as before. It's my hope that the management takes proactive steps to address these issues and restore the trust of their customers.

I needed a quick bite before going back to the hotel. I'd never been to a Firehouse Subs before.I had decision fatigue so I just went with a small Italian on whole wheat. It came with a pickle that lacked flavor. The sun was warm and toasted which surprised me. It wasn't the best I've had, but far from the worst. The atmosphere was kind of cool. The service was quick but pretty matter-of-fact. It may have been because it was 5 minutes from closing.
