Don’t waste your time. I was given such a run around for over an hour regarding my food order. I accidentally placed the order at 15-501 and immediately called to cancel. I was told according to the manager, Matt the order cannot be canceled and they will take my name and number and call Southpoint to process the order, and I would need to call Southpoint myself to let them know of the order, but I would not need to place it again or pay again. I called Southpoint and placed my order and was told their manager, Ken, knows and that my order would be ready in 10 min. After arriving at Southpoint, I waited for nearly 20 minutes before being told that I needed to actually put in another order and my food was not ready. Over an hour of my time was wasted and there was a lack of accountability overall. Very poor communication and no concern for customers. Called 15 501 again and spoke with manager Chelsea who informed me that I was given incorrect information, and she would refund me at the end of the day. Not worth their mediocre food, not worth the terrible service. you’re better off getting breakfast at McDonald’s.

Busy and typical American restaurant offering classic breakfast staples. The potato hashes and million dollar bacon are great. The serving style is a bit of a free-for-all when we went, so you'll have to flag down servers. The food is hearty and comes in large portions.

We sat outside with our dog, and the food did not disappoint. The food pictured is their hash with potatoes, brussel sprouts, egg, and a lot of other goodness! When our server saw we had our dog she was so sweet and also brought her out a water dish. I wish we had time to try other things on the menu!
