Definitely the best food in Sanford, probably the best food in Lee county. Great people working here as well. I’ve never had a better conversation with a bartender than the ones I’ve had with Leo. Frankly, Fonda Lupita is lucky to have him. You will not regret your stop at this place. I recommend the potato taco, it’ll blow your mind.

I went because I saw their Instagram and it looked good. Unfortunately, it's nothing spectacular. The major draw they have is the birria, but it's no better than something you can find elsewhere. You place your order at the front counter, get your drink yourself, and there's a buzzer to notify you when to come get your food. There's no reason to leave a tip because no one is serving you.

Parking: There's nowhere specific to park, but...

I'm obsessed with the birria ramen!!
I drive to Durham once a month to get my nails done. ? Once my nail artist gave me a taste ? I've been obsessed. I grab one on my way back down the highway each time. Flavorful, spicy, and the beef is tender. My only complaint is I can't eat it fast enough. ?
