Good coffee. Friendly staff. Parking can be an issue if you're with a friend or relative who is not especially mobile (e.g., needs a cane)
Recommended dishes: Coffee Beans, Butter Croissant
Employees and what seemed to be the manager appeared to be rushing around and unhappy even when it was a slow Tuesday morning, which is not the environment you want in a coffee shop. Speed is not impressive. Espresso had a terrible flavor profile. Overrated and Durham has much better options for coffee shops where the employees actually seem happy to be there.
Such a wonderful place — everything was perfect from start to finish.

Nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a bit of breakfast. We had the Mexican Mochi and a waffle 🧇. Both were delicious. Friendly staff and parking validation make this a go to spot for us.

People who work here seem unhappy, coffee’s low quality.

Both the iced Chai Latte and Americano were delicious. Friendly and attentive staff. Very quick service, and the space is beautiful. Comfortable and vibrant atmosphere but quiet enough to have a conversation or focus on work.

A woman named Allison made my drink and she was kind of rude. While the drink was nice…she wasn’t so I don’t think I will come back.

Everytime I come to Durham, I stop by here for an iced latte. I’m not sure what makes it so different but I obsess and think about it for days after. It’s that good. I recently tried the peach cobbler latte and it’s delicious. The peach is subtle and not overwhelming but it’s just soooo good. I wish there was a location closer to me in northeast raleigh

Fantastic place. I was on a long road trip with my dog and really needed to get some work done, which required wi-fi. I couldn't find a single place that was dog friendly (indoors on a 90+ degree day) and also had Wi-Fi to get my work done. But Foster Street coffee came to the rescue. They are dog friendly inside, have Wi-Fi, have comfortable tables to sit at, really friendly baristas who made me feel welcome, and one of the most delicious flavored iced teas I have ever had. Will definitely return if I come through the Durham area again. Thanks Foster Street!
