I’m not sure how Frozy managed it, but every flavor somehow tasted like unflavored. It was like they invented “essence of nothing.” Even the cookie dough topping had no flavor — an impressive level of commitment to blandness.

The girl working didn’t greet us because she was busy hanging out with her friends, who apparently live there now. When my husband went to pay, one of them had her head right next to the Apple Pay reader, so he nearly bonked her in the face just trying to tap his watch.

Truly the most flavorless frozen yogurt experience of my life — 10/10 for confusion, 0/10 for taste.

The front desk girl was so super nice but unfortunately all the yogurt was sour and bad. Not sure if it was a cleanliness thing but they need to assess the situation. $17 spent and we had to toss it all out.

Lovely spacious clean cafe with friendly service.

We ordered two smoothies and they were not too sweet and very tasty. We were offered to try ice cream and that was nice.
What a wonderful outdoor space, which i'm sure is a great addition in the cool sunny weather.

Aug 16: Walked in 8:55 pm, ordered, tipped on counter service, then it was loudly announced, “It’s 9 o’clock and we close at 9 o’clock.” Basically kicked out while still eating. The lights were off and the doors locked before we even got to the car. Rude and unnecessary. The place had six guests at most. We all would have been done in 10 minutes. Worst experience — won’t be back.

Last night I decided to get some frozen yogurt with my kids since we were close to this place we came in and the lady at the front was helping someone so we came in and started serving ourselves few minutes after I came to the topping bar and she had taken all the toppings off I asked are you about to close and she said yes in 6 minutes and then I asked can I get some strawberry's for my yogurt she said no I already took them to the fridge, so I took all the yogurt that my two boys and me had and left it on the counter I said thank you and left, I am not going to pay for something I am not going to enjoy, after that I searched in Google and found a better and cleaner place just 10 minutes from there. I do not recommend this place.

Just left this location and brought a smoothie, while my smoothie was being made i decided that i wanted to purchase a cup of yogurt as well.I made a cup of yogurt, whe young girl came from the back with my smoothie she said "We're closed and started walking away!"I asked her so do you want me to throw the cup of yogurt away i just prepared? She said "Yes! We're closed".They close at 7:30pm, it was 7:32pm and she couldn't check me out.I can't believe she would not let me purchase my cup of yogurt that i already prepared....very rude in my opinion and my smoothie was watery.I go to this location often...it's near my home, their smoothies are really good, and always had good customer service until today. This will be my last time purchasing my smoothies from them, staff needs better training on customer service.Dissatisfied customer!!

Came in on a lovely Wednesday evening. Beautiful shop. Asked to pay with Venmo. Was declined. Despite them having signs up stating that they accept payment through Venmo. - False advertisement? -The young woman behind the counter had short dark brown hair and had an additude with me when I used my VENMO DEBIT CARD VISA CARD to pay. - Which can be done using tap to pay. ? I think my point has been made. Don’t advertise something unless your willing to not allow customers to use it.Your frozen yogurt place is great- but please try and work with your employees on this and your POLICY. Legal issues? -
