Despite them having signs up stating that they accept payment through Venmo. - False advertisement? -The young woman behind the counter had short dark brown hair and had an additude with me when I used my VENMO DEBIT CARD VISA CARD to pay. - Which can be done using tap to pay. ? I think my point has been made. Don’t advertise something unless your willing to not allow customers to use it.Your frozen yogurt place is great- but please try and work with your employees on this and your POLICY. Legal issues? -

Ordered the chai milk tea, 50% sugar with boba. It was the perfect level of sweetness and the spice really comes through. Clean place and nice staff.

Stopped by for frozen yogurt - staff welcomed us when we arrived. Please looked clean/neat. Lots of machines with lots of flavors. Toppings were plentiful. I loved the taste of my selection.

We stopped by for a late breakfast; first time there since take-out only during the pandemic. We were seated quickly and the coffee came instantly. Our server was great and she helped us navigate the huge menu. I had the scrambled eggs (traditional breakfast) and my husband had the Bacado Omelet. I always order my bacon well done and it arrived well done the first time (this doesn't happen often at other places). I loved the sour dough toast especially with the strawberry jelly. And the potatoes were great but there were too many to eat them all. I tasted the omelet and it was also excellent. Great all around.

The guy at the front is soooo sweet. Clean environment and great prices. Smoothie was 10/10 better than tropical smoothie. I’ll definitely be back!

The Frozy shakes were truly outstanding, but it's clear that some of the staff members would benefit from additional training to enhance the overall customer experience.
The boba tea pearls are fresh. and the best Ive definitely ever had; flavor wise, option variety wise, and quality wise. The service is friendly and speedy as well. The ambiance is super cute and a great place for family hangouts or getting boba/froyo with a friend. I've been going here for years

Not impressed! Upon entering, a young staff girl was sitting/leaning back in her chair with feet propped up on the counter where toppings were and she was on her phone. No greeting at all. Three yogurts were purchased and none if them tasted like the flavor we were hoping for.Then we could here the teen girl talking about management with some foul language.Munchies is missed that use to be across the street!!We do not plan to return.

Cake batter and vanilla were good. Luckily they let you sample. It worked out to about $1 per second of frozen yogurt. (I counted to 4 and paid $4.xx)Good assortment of candies and fruits but I’m always too cheap to put heavy items on a pay-per-pound store.

Went there almost at the closing time for a quick dessert craving, but the experience was not great. One of the staff was very rude and wasn't answering our queries. Everything was already closed off, so I did some quick yogurt tasting and got some frozen yogurt. Even the billing was something I just had to endure to get out of there. Though one of the staff was good enough to smile, I wouldn't go back because of the experience.
