Genji is a sushi station in Whole Foods. So you have to purchase what has been made. Sushi master who is a vey talented, knowledgeable person can also take orders. However this is mostly is a one man show. If he is not busy he can take specific orders. I love his work. Rice is perfectly seasoned, fish is fresh.
