Worst location I have ever been to. I am a big fan of Goodberry’s but had never been to this location. I went one time, ordered a vanilla concrete with brownies and hot fudge, and what I received had gummy bears or something in it. Last time I checked, gummy bears or anything gummy is not listed on the menu. I asked them to remake it, told them what I ordered and how it looked like there were gummy bears in it. They remade it and I received the exact same incorrect order. Not only did they not pay attention to what I asked twice, but they made it wrong twice and included a topping that isn’t even on the menu. Was that some kind of prank? Waste of time and money, and worst customer service I have ever received at a Goodberry’s. Don’t waste your time going to this location.

Had a cookie concrete tasty

It's nice that they have a sugar free option, it's a bit expensive and I wish they had indoor seating

If you love frozen custard, then this is the place to be! Best custard I’ve had so far!

Worst service. The workers are talking trash about the customers- Ashley and Kenya as well as messing around with the zaxbys workers from next door reaching through the window and screaming cussing and throwing stuff. The workers were goofing off with the zabys workers and making customers uncomfortable. The zaxby workers were able to get their orders before the customer. Ill be calling corporate about this because this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you don't want to to work then go home.

Came here a few weeks ago after a visit the Eno (which was closed unfortunately). We ordered two concretes and were both disappointed by what was served. First, the custard melted SO fast - and it wasn’t a particularly hot day. My husband got the Mint to Be and I got the GBPB concretes, and they were both seriously lacking in “the good stuff” - my husband’s didn’t even look like it was mixed - the bottom half was just plain vanilla custard - easy to tell because it was white.. Mine similarly had hardly any peanutbutter fudge and Reese’s, but surprisingly a TON of peanuts, like they were trying to get rid of them. They were bad enough that we almost brought them back, but decided that it wasn’t worth it. Such a shame - we used to come here a bunch when the kids were little and it felt like the quality had gone downhill. Plenty of other recent good reviews that we may give it another try and hope this was an off day.

Wasn't taking orders on a Friday night. What are they doing? Terrible service

They tend to not mix things well, forget toppings, not add enough toppings, or add a ton of one topping and barely a pinch of another. They really must not be paying attention.

Ordered the concrete vanilla. Got home on a 4 minute drive, and it was melted plain chocolate ice cream. One of them DID NOT HAVE A TOP ON IT AT ALL! Opened the bag to basically find chocolate milk everywhere! This location is terrible.

I’m between 4 and 5 stars for this place only because of the price. It is higher than other places but I went with 5 stars because the quality is good and the folks are always super friendly. It is really yummy stuff, but be aware it does add up quickly for multiple people. Definitely recommend overall!

The ice cream here is great, but I showed up at 10 PM (with online hours saying they close at 11), only to be told they were closed. The staff seemed rushed and dismissive.

Good frozen custard with mixins. Similar to coldstone only locally owned and a Carolina thing but similar concept with the mixins. They are also frozen custard, not ice cream. It is good. But there is no indoor seating so you are outside in the heat and it will melt faster than you can eat it. Get the mini. Any other size is way too big and will melt before you can eat it anyway. The mini is 10 oz. That's plenty. More than plenty. Why did I get 18 oz of ice cream? I can't possibly eat all that. Why? And I didn't. But oh well, it was good.

The parking lot can be an absolute zoo since it's in between ChickFil-A and Zaxby's so you have a bunch of chicken people going to get their chicken in the drive thru and blocking the parking lot and generally being nuisances. But if you can avoid the maniac chicken lovers, and get your ice cream, it's good.

Kid-friendliness: Low outside seating area. With a fountain and plenty of seating, it's a great place to come with children.
